I stayed in room 539. The room was old and dated; it smelled musty and I had to open the windows to air the room; the cupboards and drawers all smelled terrible, like they haven’t been opened for years. The table tops were stained, the bathroom were mouldy and so looked and felt unclean. There were strands of hair on one of the beds too. Not a comfortable place to stay, not recommended.
We checked into a room which didn’t seem like it had been cleaned in weeks. There were clumps of dust, as well as clumps of other people’s hair, all over the floor. The front desk staff did try to help, but the cleaners don’t seem like they’ve been trained in cleaning at all - a cleaner was sent up to our room who half-heartedly swept the floor for five minutes, which obviously still left a gross room. Eventually we just asked for a vacuum cleaner so we could do it ourselves. The seats by the pool were all covered in bird faeces - both the cushions/covers and the wooden chairs underneath. Generally just a gross experience. I wouldn’t recommend you stay here unless you don’t mind stepping on clumps of other people’s hair in your room. The food was nice. And to be fair, the staff did try to be helpful.…
Everything was good, I recommend to stay here. The personal its very interested in helping you. The buffet it's delicious I recommend it so much. Also the pool to support the hot weather it's excellent.
It was an amazing experience. I'll return another time when visit this wonderful country. Great service, food, attention. Nice in our visit to Cairo. The pool site is a amazing place. Thank You for let enjoy our travel.

I had stayed at the Helnan Dremland hotel during my recent family vacation to Egypt. I had travelled with my wife and son and we all enjoyed our time here What we liked 1. The staff is very helpful and courteous. 2. The breakfast buffet had a great spread 3. Prices are reasonable for such a good hotel. We ordered some room service too and the food was good and reasonably priced 4. They didnt complain about early checkin or late checkout (which we did) 5. The front desk helped in taking some prinouts for us What we didnt like 1. It is pretty far off from Cairo. But if you have booked some package tours, then they will pick you up from anywhere. So it shouldnt matter
Been there for day use and it was a very clean, spacious and comfortable room. The atmosphere is quiet and the staff is attentive and very helpful. We had breakfast in the room and food quality was very good.
Everything is just basic about his hotel. Rooms are clean but don’t expect anything luxurious. Facilities are not bad but the food is really the worst thing here especially when you order from room service. I personally prefer other options around the area but if you are stuck with a 1-night stay, then it will be fine.
I am here again.. I have been in Helen Dreamland 2 years ago. It is an amazing place to relax and enjoy quite atmosphere. You can enjoy shopping in the nearby Mall of Egypt which is only few kms from your stay. Staff are so helpful and health regulations are excellent.
One of the worst sales and customer service experience i have ever seen , we booked 20 Rooms for 42 Members of a conference . Never seen such unprofessional rude sales team . You guys need sales manager and sales training for how to handle your issues , and first of all a respect and attitude course . Never go their for a conference
