10/10. Super friendly customer service. Helped to organise pick up from airport and tour to the pyramids with excellent guide. Hotel is only 10 mins in an Uber from the pyramids. Can see them from your room. The rooms are super clean/modern, excellent power shower which makes such a difference. Super breakfast. The eggs are lush and they can’t do enough for you. They even ask you for feedback on how to improve. It’s a really clean/boutique hotel in a perfect location and so good on price. Highly recommend and would come back.

Stayed in the hotel for 2 days. The room was excelent and the staff very friendly. Loved the view of the pyramids from my room. Breakfast included and was great!. Planning to come back in November, and definitely will cone to the hotel back again!.

The property is very clean and has a really nice view of the pyramids. The staff is really friendly and helpful. The rooms are cost but the beds are really nice. An easy way to move around is Uber and the staff will help you get an Uber. The breakfast is great and will definitely go back to this hotel when I’m in Egypt

The hotel consists of only the fourth floor in a partly inhabited residential building. We got stuck in the elevator for a while upon arrival. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast is good, even though unlike the photo. The rooms are clean and tidy, but those with pyramid view are very noisy 24/7 due to heavy incessant traffic on ten lanes of highway in front of the building. The photo featured on the internet https://media-cdn.tripadvisor.com/media/photo-s/1c/e3/27/d9/pyramids-planet-hotel.jpg was edited. There is a lamp post in front of the pyramids from that angle (note the stub above the apples, under the railing).

The staff at this hotel was so professional and courteous. I will definitely recommend this hotel when in Cairo. Enjoy hot tea or coffee when you arrive and friendly staff. Ask about tours to pyramids and rides to airport.

Somebody went through my backpack and took my Airpod Pros out of the front pocket while I was on a tour. My backpack was among a sizeable pile of other people’s luggage and belongings in the small lobby area right in front of the front desk while we went on a day tour. The hotel did not offer me the camera footage or any help in filing a police report. They were the only valuable thing in my backpack other than my passport, and luckily I had all cash and credit cards with me at the time. The Find My app pinged the last location still at the hotel two hours after I left for the tour, and they were not discoverable once I returned and tried to locate.

Dear Valued Guest , Thank you for taking the time to review our property , this review includes lies as you mentioned , you said you missed your AIRPOD at the common area where no one was there but you , we searched all of it in front of you , we checked the cameras and nothing found , Even your google maps location for it was in the area not in the hotel , we offered you to make report for the police to help your insurance at least and you REFUSED not as you say , you went our twice to buy food and so on twice and most likely you lost it in the street while you was walking , instead of thanking us for trying to help you , you punish us for something you were not carful about it , we advise you to take care of your stuff specially small ones while you moving around specially the cameras didn't show anything and we don't think cameras will lie , Kind Regards
