Came here for drinks and the sunset. Exceeded expectations. Very accommodating staff who made every attempt to make our time at the restaurant enjoyable and pleasant. Be sure to get here well before sunset as the restaurant fills up right around when the su. sets!

There are lots of small hotels in Giza with pyramid and Sphinx views but this is a gem. Most are budget priced and Mamlouk is mid range but worth it for the touch of luxury. The rooms and bathrooms are very nice, reasonable size and I think all have a small balcony. An excellent restaurant on the rooftop to watch sunset over the pyramids.

Hôtel très bien situé avec vu sur les pyramides, c'est magnifique. Le repas du soir était très bon et pas chère. Par contre, le petit déjeuner pas top. La chambre était propre mais elle donnait sur la terrasse donc assez bruyant. Le personnel est très sympathique.

Amazing hotel and friendly staff! The food was incredible and the view of the pyramids and the pyramid show was just the icing on the cake. I had a lovely experience. Had a large room with the balcony and it was the best! I felt super comfortable and safe as a solo female traveler!

Pas terrible Juste la situation à côté des pyramides est pratique. D'ailleurs je ne comprends pas la note donnée par les autres voyageurs....je suis très étonnée, c'est abusé de noter cet hôtel comme il l'est sur les sites.

We spent 8 days at Mamlouk Hotel in Giza located just a 5 minutes walking distance from the Pyramides. Friendly staff, delicious food, comfortable rooms and a cozy terrace for breakfast or dinner with an amazing view of the pyramides: we had a lovely time. Thanks a lot.

Location is perfect, the view of the Pyramids from your room and the top floor is breathtaking. People at this hotel are very friendly and kind. Mohammed who picked up us from the airport and drive us in a tour is very nice, speaks great English, very helpful as well as Gamal, the manager, who made the arrangements the tour in Cairo and Luxor for us, from the transportation at the Luxor airport and tour. Once we arrived to Luxor they kept in contact with us to make sure we were safe. I can't say enough how they treat us, and we are very happy and thankful with everyone in this hotel. Don't hesitate to book with them. Safety is very important. My only recommendation for Cairo is to NOT take taxi, arrange with the hotel or take Uber that works perfect and won't drive you around to charge 4 times more of what you arranged before to take the taxi, please take Uber. Perfect hotel location with front view of the pyramids and sphinx. Clean and cozy room. Very good food at their restaurant and very attentive staff. They organized for us customized tours in Giza and Cairo with excellent driver Mohammed and a knowledgeable and entertaining Egyptologist guide, Paolo. We highly recommend the hotel and the tours they organize.
