Had a 3 night stay here on our tour holiday. We were full board. Our room was on the 4th floor. View not good from the window but we were out on sightseeing trips most of the time. Room had a sitting room with sofa, chairs and a large tv. Bedroom had a big comfy bed but the pillows were just too big! Tv, wardrobe and safe also in bedroom. Bathroom had a large walk in shower and plenty of towels. Aircon worked excellent. Good food selection was buffet style. Even my fussy husband ate well. Always salad, cheese and meat out along with cooked selection. Chicken, beef, vegetables and rice. A chef at breakfast cooking eggs and omelets, and at dinner a pasta selection. Fruit, cakes and jelly for desert. We were presented with a strawberry cake for our anniversary which all our tour group enjoyed! We found the service good and staff friendly. Would stay here again.…

The hotel is excellent. The rooms are spacious,modern and always clean. The staff is very friendly and eager to help. If you have time ,you should also visit the spa and try the Moroccan loofah. Special thanks to the spa manager and the receptionists. Would definitely recommend 💯

The hotel as you enter is absolutely stunning. Security check on belongings upon entrance. Friendly staff. Expensive to book excursions from here, advise to book from just outside,(quite a lot of difference in rates) many Taxi's available - it is safe, we were a bit apprehensive on whether to do this but our 2nd day in we too the risk and saved loads. A taxi driver became a good friend in the end. Spa facilities are lovely at the hotel and the breakfast was amazing and delicious with plenty to choose from. We were a family of 5 so had a family suite consisting of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and a lounge. Rooms were ok, could do with some modern décor. Tiny showers, but clean. I would rate this hotel a 4 star as ground floor is mesmerizing but the rooms would only fit a 3 star rating so overall 4 stars.…

The worst experience ever, bathrooms are filthy and not clean, there is no enough towels, the bedsheets smell very bad. Moreover, the staff there are very rude, they always ask for a 5 star review! Believe me, even half a star is not fair. I highly recommend avoiding this hotel as much as possible.

We stayed in a two bed suite, which suited out party of 4 people very well. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a lounge area with fridge, tv and sofa. The downsides included filthy curtains in the rooms, very small, shady pools, seats in the restaurant also very dirty, juice and breakfast not very nice. The reception and door staff were really nice and helpful though.

It was the worst hotel I have ever been in. filthy Wasn't ready when we got there 5pm. After an hour waiting to go to the room. It was still filthy dirty dishes trash Wasn't thrown out tampons on top of the trash GROSS. Location SUCKED endless you like traffic loud music all night 1 towel for each person. Then on check out 903.00 for something we didn't receive. They didn't explain the language barrier come to find out it was for lunch 7 day 3 people .outrageous 150 a day plus the room. We didn't even eat there i dispute the transaction since i signed under destress i. Freaking out 903.00 Freaking horrible

very good stay , staff were very friendly and accommodating, Zakaria and medhat were very helpfull and upgraded our two rooms to suite renovated. clean rooms and toilet and the guest relation Marwa and Sandy and Fatma was very helpfull. breakfast was good. standard room was not up to our expectation and internt connection is realy slow even after getting a help from the technican, beter to buy a sim card and use cellar data

I gave one star because a more negative rating is not foreseen. We stayed in this hotel from 5th to 8th August 2023 We booked a double room for three people as foreseen by their website. I trip to contact the hotel several times before our arrival as I wanted to make sure there would be a third bed. No reply was ever received. So I decided to call them, answer: when you arrive we will arrange it. And so we arrived.... and the third bed DID NOT FIT in the room. So we asked for a new room.
