The service is the best I've ever received at any of the Marriott Hotels. I've stayed here the past 10 years and the impeccable service is consistent and unmatched in the hotel industry. The warmest reception greeting, the speedy check-in, the quick luggage delivery and it's sophisticated, modern ambiance makes a powerful first impression. It's open air reception makes you feel like you've walked into an art gallery. The rooms are clean, airy and spacious. The beds and pillows are so wonderful and makes you feel like you've slept peacefully in a cloud. The amenities are completely furnished with the best products. Room Service, Housekeeping Staff and Laundry Service are responsive within seconds of your call. The food quality at the Rawi Restaurant, the Club Lounge and the Bridge cafe is excellent and offers a wide variety of international selections. They will try to make whatever is not on the menu. The Sheraton has been a very good choice for us as a couple. The entertainment team led by Reko, including Christina, Victoria, Selma and Orlis kept us amused entertained with their boundless energy and enthusiasm. The staff here are very very friendly, professional and cant do enough for the guests Waleed the waiter at breakfast singing Lalia who welcomes you for meal Nora who books the ltalian, Lebonse and poolside restaurants the food in these is amazing Magdy and Rafik the waiters taking care of you in fact all the staff do. Try the spa Hashem has magic hands. The food alround is very good we ate like kings. I am so pleased we booked this hotel would recommend it and we will be back.

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. We stayed twice at the Cairo Sheraton and each time we were impressed of the professional warm service. Room : Clean with care for details. Housekeeping: Châpeau. Rooms needs refreshement Food : Very surprised of the quality and diversity of the buffets. Incredible breakfast and divers food outlets: Lebanese, fish, meat, pasta, bread, fruits, you name it and all professionally presented. Some of the chefs prepare your food on demand. Oh my God, it was amazing. Front Desk and Room reservation: Professionally approaches to the clients and certainly not intrusive, always concerned about your wellness and stay at the hotel. Reservation and front desk were dedicated. Definitely a go again !! We used to be regular customers in another hotel, but now we are part of this marvellous professional family. …

This hotel offers what any traveler to Cairo can ask for; clean rooms; fresh linen; excellent bedding; good breakfast with an excellent variety of food and an exquisit breakfast area view of the Nile. Mostly what I was impressed with is the team in this hotel; friendly, hospitable and know their stuff!!

Pros: - Suite: Clean, spacious, plenty of electrical outlets. - Restaurant: Breakfast buffet was amazing with both Egyptian and Western varieties. - Executive Lounge: Dessert buffet in the evening was the best among all the evening offerings at similar lounges, in both varieties and quality. Cons: - Location: Nice view of the Nile, but inconvenient to get to the downtown area due to the traffic on the bridge. - Service: For some reason, we always had a hard time to find someone to refill the coffee for us at breakfast time. Why not simply letting us self-serve to avoid this problem?

A bit older, yet a good place to stay. Perfect for business travelers and touristic visits. Located at Nile River, some 30-45 minutes to airport and also pyramids. Pleasant service and absolutely clean. Restaurants with acceptable prices. Super breakfast!
