It was a great welcoming atmosphere, I am very interested to encourage and appreciate for both Maryam in the Lobby team and Hala at the restaurant for their high & well-known skills , and because of them especially Hala I will be booking again with my family in Safir Cairo hotel
The hotel was very comfortable and clean. We were there for 2 nights. The staff at the hotel were very nice. The night we arrived, we ate by the pool, which is on a rooftop. The weather was pleasant and our mezze was very tasty. We ate at the buffet one night which had a LOT of variety and the food was very good. Hala, the hostess, was very friendly and kind. We learned that this hotel is in Giza, not Cairo proper, but Cairo is just over the bridge, 5 minutes, if this makes a difference in anyone's planning.
Great staff with professional service at the meeting room. well organized, all our needs were on time, the service was amazing with great coffee break. Wael , Amir , ishak were brilliance, Nice & clean hotel. nice food option. All staff at the hotel were doing great and fulfill your request very quickly. Restaurant staff also very professional and customize your need
I have enjoyed the stay, staff are friendly and professional. I had only breakfast and it was delicious. However, the furniture is bit old and the carpets are not clean properly. The best thing about the hotel is Hamad ( or known as Samir) at the jewelry store, he is charming and knows a lot about personality types!
We used these hotel three times during our twelve day stay in Egypt. It was our home base as we traveled through Egypt. I ended in three different rooms in three different floors. Rooms were all spacious and comfortable. You have a safe for valuables. Toiletries provided: shower gel, hand liquid soap, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion. Plenty of towels. TV, free internet and small fridge. You have a electric kettle with tea and Cofee. Breakfast had a large selection of both hot and cold foods in two different sections of dining room. Selection of three fresh juices. Cofee and tea cart travels about. A large selection of pastries, croissants and breads make it hard to decide which was my favorite. We ate in the pool area. The menu has a bit of variety along with no -alcoholic drinks (mocktails) and juices. I have no complaints. Since it was end of winter, the AC was blowing heat. I called reception area and within a few minutes a maintenance man was sent to address AC. On my last check in I noticed balcony lock did not work and maintenance was sent within minutes to fix it. I did not venture too far on foot from the hotel. I only stepped out twice for a snack. Security is definitely a plus in this hotel. If I were to return I would definitely stay here.…
Very professional and friendly staff! Excellent service! Food out of this world! Strongly recommend try it yourself! Try and thank me for good advice! Very nice people. All fresh and delicious!………………………………………………………
We stayed 5 nights, very friendly staff, nice lobby, clean rooms (except some surfaces), nice leisure areas, proximity to Dokki shopping area, and the Neil. Rooms very spacious and really clean bathrooms. The balcony in our room ensure a great view of surroundings
i asked at reception if the knew a safe tour to Giza’s Piramids and they send me to a SACAM!!!! A proper FRAUD booked from The reception of a 5 stars hotel. the receptionist booked a 75 euros trip including car, basic tickets and guide. On the arrival to the piramids the driver told me the all that money was only for the trip (no guide and no anything). The receptionist tried to accuse me of not understanding well enough the deal due to a language problem. Which was not the case as I insisted a lot on the guide. I was so angry they ended up offering me a guide for free ( he was a complete disaster)
From reception where we received a free upgrade where Mary helped us with everything to the magnificent food at their mezzanine restaurant! Everything is brilliant. Excellent location and great communication with all. Excellent service in general.
