Not good for a 4 star hotel. Staff lack basic communication skills. Reception wanted ro five me a double bedroom (new married couple) although my reservation has one king size bed and he has available rooms. Staff keeps asking everyday when are we checking out!

Very nice and helpful staff. I traveled solo but felt safe in this place specially that i am a woman. The place is quiet and clean specially for its price. They serve good food too. Its just not very near most tourist attractions but nevertheless worth the price and more. Enjoyed my stay here

The entire reason we stayed here was for the rooftop restaurant with a view of the pyramids. It was closed our entire 3 night visit. I do recommend people paying the extra for the breakfast buffet, it is excellent. Try finding breakfast like that anywhere else in Cairo at that price, impossible. The room was clean and the staff was...
