Just don’t. If you are thinking about staying here and you want to feel unsafe and be sleeping in a room with mold, broken toilet, hard beds, dirty walls and just overall hole! This is it. My husband and i have stayed at really cheap hotels in very poor countries but this tops it. We booked 4 nights and left after we spent the first night here. It was terrible terrible terrible! Do not stay here you will regret it. This is a 1 star hotel in Egypt so do the math

The room was falling apart - the blankets dirty - no amenities to make coffee or a snack. Staff was fine until the last day we booked out - had an extra 3 hours and wanted my twin boys to use the pool which I got a snarky response that we are not a customer as we already checked out (after being there for 10 days)

During spending a night at a hotel #cataract_pyramids# in a room no. 126, the advantage are nice pool 🏊🏻 for swimming and nice view with the nature ‘trees, flowers 💐 and clear weather ‘. Also the room is wide, clean and has a clearly lighting. But the Disadvantage are the furnitures of the room was wasted and ruined like the Cupboard door 🚪 is broken, tv 📺 is very old and not working and The balcony door is broken too 😥. The accessories 🚿🚰🛁 in a WC 🚽 are very old. No welcome 🙏 at all in reception or restaurant 😏..

Our room did not look like the images online. The furniture was old, bed sheets had rips in them and dark stains. TV looked like a brick. Curtains were old, dated, too thin to actually have a purpose. The bathroom was the worst part. It was rusty, when I flushed the toilet actual black liquid came out. I had to clean the shower before using it. No wifi in rooms, only in reception and even then was awful. Loud parties until midnight within the resort. Hotel is also in the middle of nowhere. Not a very nice area. Only good thing I have to say is that the Pool was clean, and food was decent - and the whole stay was very cheap.

On my first day when I asked the receptionist for the WiFi password he literally said that they didn’t pay for it and I don’t know what’s worse than that. the staff acts like they don’t care about losing their jobs. Some are nice and helpful but just not enough to make up for how unorganized and unprofessional everything is. Room service barely answer and they take so much time to come. Its exhausting!and well the breakfast is passable but there’s no variety in lunch and dinner. I ended up eating pasta for 6 days. + food is served cold and when they serve you they put the smallest portions. Desserts are nice though.

Don't stay here. Don't be fooled by the beautiful pool. The hotel is a decaying rubbish heap, literally falling apart at the seams, the rooms are so filthy we couldn't even stay. The staff are not only rude but incompetent and indifferent. Ruined our long weekend getaway as we literally left just a few hours after arriving and chose to drive all the way back home rather than stay even one night. Front desk staff could not have cared less even after my husband showed them pictures of broken furniture, dirty linens, actual excrement smeared behind the bathroom door, the shower so filthy we would not dare step in it. A disgrace.

I can’t express how bad is that place, I can’t even describe it as a hotel, the worse ever place a human being can stay in. It could have been better to stay in the street rather than this hotel. A public toilet would have been better than your dirty toilets and rooms, we couldn’t even sleep. Very unprofessional staff. I don’t recommend this hotel for anyone ever. I don’t want to remember this place again in my life. I would never imagine there is something existing like that in this century.
