This mature yet charming property located in the heart of Cairo is worth a visit thanks to the exceptionally courteous staff. We booked a city suite and enjoyed beautiful views of the city including the Great pyramids of Giza in the distance and the Nile. The suite was well appointed with two beautiful bathrooms, living area and a plush bed. Breakfast was included in our reservation and the buffet was exceptional. Fresh omelettes and juices and pastries, oh my! The coffee was fresh and flowing and the staff were incredibly attentive so your cup never emptied. The orange juice was the freshest I’ve ever had…delicious, tart and pulp-free! If you want to start your Cairo visit off in old world style, visit the Four Seasons First Residence.
I stayed here two nights at start and one at end of my trip to Egypt They took exceptional care of me, especially Demi at the front desk. They even upgraded me to truly fabulous suites each time I cannot say enough good things about all of them!!!
We are currently on day 2 of a 5 day stay at the four seasons and we couldn’t wait to write our review. From the moment we stepped into this place, we knew we found a home away from home. The entire staff couldn’t be more welcoming and helpful, from helping us with lost luggage to dining reservations, they are there assist you. The bellhop introduced himself at our door as we got off the elevator. He gave us a tour of the room and explained everything as he brought in our luggage. The rooms are beautiful and large and have everything you need. A note here is the Nile side is much quieter than the pyramid side, we dealt with the noise for the view. If your able to splurge suite 501 is massive , there are multiple balconies around the two sides and the 2 full bathrooms are quite useful. The pool and spa is wonderful but quick note to book early as they do book out even on weekdays. Highly recommend to stay here while you’re in Cairo L…
The staff went beyond expectations to make everything work well from check in to check out. Breakfast boxes were ready when requested, luggage was out front when requested. We didn't have any issues so I can say how quickly they respond, but based on our experience, I'm confident they would do all they could to serve their guests immediately. And the wifi is excellent!!!
I had the pleasure of spending a quick vacation with my family at the hotel, which I consider my home. I would like to thank all the hotel staff, especially the reception department and all the restaurants in the hotel. I would also like to thank the room service and housekeeping, as well as the excellent level of the restaurants on the boat. Greetings, and I look forward to my next visit, and I wish you lasting success
The Four Seasons in Cairo is truly a five star experince. From the time we entered the property we were met with professional and warm service. This extended to everyone we encountered to make this stay truly memorable.
The service and hotel accommodations were great. We were only there for two nights, but everything was excellent. The staff were welcoming and had great customer service. The bar and food were excellent.
We have arrived in Egypt for the first time and arrived at the hotel. Once we settled in we went to the First Bar for a cocktail to relax and get ready for our trip ahead. We were welcomed by the bar tender, Nadi Nassif who was the first Egyptian we had a real conversation with and he was absolutely a joy. He welcome us to his country, told us amazing things about the country, had outstanding service and made our first introduction to the country the absolute best.
Wonderful hotel with great views. Great service and very professional staff. Especially Youssef from reception and Salemah from concierge were truly exceptional and made our experience wonderful Highly recommend to arrange tours etc with them as they really make sure you have the best possible experience Overall just amazing!!
First the pros - I was contacted to confirm my check-in time and as I was arriving early from Paris (courtesy Lufthansa) and they very kindly arranged early check-in at no extra cost. Huge thanks to Christine for this. - The rooms are spacious, decent amenities and very clean throughout. - The in-room dining options are decent, priced reasonably well and tasted very good. - The view to the Zoo was good change and the general greenery view from the higher floors was a welcome bonus. - The staff are super attentive to requests, even delivering extra duvet at 1am very promptly. The cons: - The hotel has an antique look which some customers may not find appealing but you can be assured of excellent service.
