It started by the check in which was great as we had the choice between 3 different rooms. Then the staff was really at our service, helping us for anything and everything from tours, beer service on the terrace, preparation of my birthday as a surprise by my friend (cake, balloon, special set up table). Every person that works in that hotel is just amazing, smiling and super super nice!! The view is simply the best you can get from Aswan really!! I just truly recommend them, they deserve to be known more as really they are truly the best experience we had in Egypt!! Thank you again for everything!!!!

Great hotel superbly located on top of a hill with an insuperable view of Aswan and the Nile (Amazing sunsets) Great wifi, laundry service, bar and restaurant. Service was great: staff went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant.

O hotel possui boas acomodações e uma vista muito bonita do Rio Nilo, embora fique afastado das principais atrações. Fomos muito bem recebidos e bem tratados pelos funcionários. Também é conveniente utilizar as instalações e restaurante do Hotel Basma, mais sofisticado que o Basma Executive.
