This is a must try place the location, food and service are really out of this world. You have to call before you go and order your food from the Egyptian homemade menus. Staff are very attentive and polite, food was delicious served in tajin which made of pottery. It's a must try and view of the Nile was authentic and absolutely fantastic.

The views of the Nile and the Cataracts are gorgeous, from balcony rooms and outdoor dining area. Rooms and bathrooms are basic, some small, some large, but comfortable. Traditional food is delicious and served well. It is not luxurious, but has everything needed for a Nubian experience. Tamer is friendly, gracious, efficient and delightful. It's across the Nile from city center, but passenger ferries will take you there inexpensively and the ride is a wonderful part of the experience.
