Rooms were clean, very good staff, their location allow exceptional accessibility to all touristic places in aswan, with a reasonable price. also, some rooms and the restaurant have nile view Definitely recommend for aswan trips
Very good , friendly and helpful staff They do everything to make our trip easy and joyful❤️ Rooms are very clean and very good The location is more than perfect Breakfast is good Overall it was a nice experience Highly recommend
It was so bad, we had to laugh about it. They break down the building on the other side of the road, so beware of flying concrete piece when entering the building. At least you won't hear anything if you get hit by a stone as the noise and dust from the breakdown is just ridiculous. The woman at the reception had no mask, was unfriendly, extra charges brought the price to 54 USD/ night for the small dark room with small windown and no view. When we asked to change the room because of noise and construction workers looking at us laying in the bed we were asked to pay USD 10 extra to end up with a tiny room without window. After 2 amazing weeks with great service in egypt the first really bad experience. I think the place deserves to go bancrupt just for ruining the great impression of egypt and Nubia we had so far.…
This was the first place I stayed in Egypt and they really made a great first impression! The staff, Ibrahim, Taiseer, and Abd el Rakhman, went above and beyond my expectations. They were able to arrange my trip to Abu Simbel as well as my trip to Luxor. Both were with a driver they have named Mario who is my new best friend! As a woman who is traveling solo, they made me all feel right at home and safe. The room was very clean and in this time of Covid, I wasn’t concerned at all. The location is fantastic, it’s right in the middle of everything! And if you can get a room with the Nile view, it’s spectacular!
