We only had one night here and loved it. The staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating of all your needs; the accommodation was very comfortable and although there were other tents within proximity you felt that you were in your own little piece of heaven. The noise of the animals at night was amazing to hear and the game...

My third visit in 3 Months! Just love this camp. Hits the mark absolutely for comfort, service, food and location. Excellent showers, hot water bottles for cold nights, early morning tea, moving times for breakfast if you get caught up on your game drive, lovely nibbles by the fireside in the evening all go to make this a memorable place...

My wife and I had the privilege to visit the Nairobi Tented Camp (NTC) – along with two days in the Nairobi National Park – in January 2017. After a day filled with many impressions from Mother Nature we couldn’t have asked for a better way to end our day. Situated on the west side of the park, within a...

I only had one night to spend in the camp in between two weeks of work in Nairobi, but I still wanted to get away for the weekend. I've been on safaris in the Mara before and had set my expectations quite low for this camp due to the proximity to the city. NTC far exceeded my expectations. Given the...

We just dropped in quickly on a transit stop and had an amazing adventure. Unbeatable service and care at every stop, yummy food and being right in the middle of the bush with wildlife in all directions. A great way to start of finish a visit to Kenya.

NTC offers a wonderful alternative to a Nairobi hotel and plunges you straight away into the bush. The lovely camp is only 40 minutes from the airport and set in a forest area in a valley within the Nairobi NP. We stayed 2 nights, giving us a good chance to explore the park, which was surprisingly good for game. We...

I stayed here for a night on arrival in Nairobi before heading the Mara. It is the opportunity to stay in a safari camp rather than a city centre hotel - ideal if you are on a safari break. The camp is run by Gamewatchers and both tents and routine are similar to those of the Porini camps. Tents are...

Stayed here one night while visiting Nairobi National Park on a safari journey from Mombasa to Masai Mara. So good!!! You can not get any closer to nature than staying in this camp. Hidden on a sloped forest area, the 9 perfectly equipped tents offer a true safari camp experience! The staff (Frederik, Dominique, Peter, George and Simon) go all...

We were a group of 5 adults and 3 kids ( 2, 7 & 12 years old) we stayed at Nairobi Tented Camp only one night after doing safari in Amboseli and Tsavo East Park. The experience of sleeping in a tent in the middle of a natural park with wild animals and feeling safe and in good hands at...

The NTCamp just minutes from civilisation in Nairobi National Park is an oasis in the forest. Very comfortable, excellent food, lovely staff, and good value. It is the best way to enjoy the park particularly for tourists as you can make good use of your 24hour park fees.
