I went there with my wife and family to have supper. Fantastic grilled Talapia with salad and Ugali and Sukuma. Nice cold beer lovely garden surroundings, quite busy but service is good. Everything freshly grilled on open fires. Nice circular bar. In a nice part of town too. Praking is at a premium. Food prices and drinks very reasonable

After my money was stolen, from my room which management had facts on ,I requested police to attend at which point I was asked to by police to accompany them to the police station, where I was arrested and charged with disturbing peace and thrown in a police cell.

Don't book with this Hotel if you are coming from abroad .I Lost my clothes very disappointed indeed. Some of my clothes was found but the rest is still missing. The food is not bad plus nyama chom. The location not far from the town centre. Sometimes is noisy in the night especially if you have family.

If you wanna try the famous nyama choma and meet the locals then this is the place for you. Beautiful goat meat served with lots of smiles. Go Kenya. The open dining area is lovely with beautiful shrubs and the place is easily accessible being within striking distance of the CBD.my fav place

The meat is great. Mutura sausage is very tasty and a favourite. The liver is also cooked to the right degree without being dry. Such a shame that the service is slow and haphazard / inaccurate order taking. The fries were left off the order to begin with. 1 hour to deliver freshly choma'd liver, mutura sausage and fries is...

The most disappointing thing about my experience was the poor quality for price - AUD $129 (twin) when for half that price, other hotels in the same city were much better. I think the age of a hotel in the cheaper range in Nairobi may be an important factor. The Sagret is old and hasn't been maintained. The room was...

The environment is ok, and you can get private seating, reserve ahead as it can get packed in the evenings. The nyama choma was good but not salted at all. The waiter got worked up at our requests and further ruined our experience but not our night. Good soup though

The nyama choma was great but the service level is very poor. The poorest I have seen for similar establishments and the price level. The cashier kept on apologizing but no behavior change subsequently.

Reception was very good, great nyama kyoma and comfortable night's rest. I liked it. The food is okay and it is less than an thirty minutes walk out of town. A great location for those who would have lots of business in the city centre.
