My plane had to make an emergency landing in Nairobi and I ended up, unplanned at 5 AM in this hotel. I was tired and the hotel made a dull first impression on me. After a good rest I started to discover the hotel by daylight and I had to quickly revise my first impressions. The rooms were very generous...

Boma is the perfect place to spend the night. It has such a scenic view while dining and you cant even tell you're in the ever busy Nairobi city. The rooms are exquisite with such an awesome bath tub. I loved everything about this place. Highly recommended place. Plus all profits go to Red Cross to fund humanitarian emergencies.

Nice modern hotel good for accommodation while in transit in Nairobi, especially a if arriving Kenyatta and departing Wilson (or vice-versa), as it is in between the two airports. Comfortable rooms and good facilities. Including restaurants and swimming pool and a huge gym.

Conveniently located for the airport. Ugly building and uninspiring inside. Rooms comfortable but at all costs avoid the room directly beneath the executive lounge. It is given over to rowdy groups of flight crew on layover who will keep you awake playing loud music and generally messing around. Staff are generally very nice, and try quite hard although there are...

Very nice and convenient stay in Boma Hotel Nairobi. Very friendly staff at reception and restaurants. Room clean and having all required amenities. Adapters or multi functional sockets for electronic devices would be helpful.

We stayed at three different hotels in Nairobi during our recent visit and the Boma was our favorite one by far. It is a modern hotel with all the right amenities. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and WiFi was excellent. The Spa was a very welcomed amenity where we pampered ourselves after many days on Safari. If you are demanding...

Everything was nice here. Would definitely recommend this to others. Stayed for one night. Did not see any area of concern. Far better than few other hotels stayed in Nairobi. Good housekeeping service received.

All the personell at the BOMA are very friendly and efficient, especially Angelina Nkako who helped with every request in a very friendly and efficient manner. She went out of her way to ensure my stay was a second home from home.

The rooms are of a good standard with fairly new fixtures and fittings. However the food served at the bar is poor. This is offset by the restaurant but this shuts early. As it supports the Red Cross it is worth the minor inconveniences to support a good cause. Hotel transfers are available.

This hotel is convenient to the airport and transfers can be arranged if needed. The staff cannot be beat! Everyone from the front desk, the concierge, waitresses/waiters, to the cleaning staff were all so welcoming, friendly and helpful when needed...true ambassadors for their lovely country. The rooms were large and clean, the showers had great water pressure and plenty of...
