Stayed here for two nights, lovely staff and hotel well placed in Westlands however the rooms let this hotel down badly dark and poky, very hard beds with bobbly polycotton sheets. Mini bar in room was not stocked. Baths only suitable for people of about 4 foot high and water was tepid. Much in need of a refurb.

Visited Jacaranda for family lunch. The hotel is clean and well kept considering its an old facility. We had our lunch by the poolside; also very clean with updated changing rooms. There is a baby pool for the younger children which is great. The swimming attendant is friendly and very helpful, keeping a keen eye on the kids swimming. The...

Jacaranda has a colonial feel and is an oasis in this bustling city. There is an abundance of staff, the service is very good and the food is great. The grounds are well maintained and the pool area great for relaxing. The rooms are a little tired but the ceiling fan provided welcome relief.

We stayed here twice, once on our way to safari and once on the way back.. this hotel is very basic. The check in process seems very long winded and I think they need more staff on the front desk. The reason we stayed here is we were on a package holiday with virgin holidays. I assume they used this...

Gated hotel with friendly staff. The grounds are kept very clean. The rooms are not super luxurious, but they're clean. Breakfast was great on day 1, but was the same thing every other day. There is a mall just across the street from the hotel. Overall, not a bad stay.

This newly refurbished restaurant managed by the Jacaranda hotel is lovely. Both the food and the service was very good. A convenient place to eat lunch in Westlands. The setting is well laid out with tables nicely presented.

We stayed at the Jacaranda Hotel 2 nights in February. The room was quiet, in the garden section, and the service was exceptional. The front desk arranged for a visit to a Hospital and taxis to wherever we wanted to go.

The staff here were super helpful, but the hotel fails on the one thing you need from a hotel - peace and quiet to get a good night's sleep. We were there on business first night two (competing) air con motors from neighbouring hotels kept us awake. Subsequent 3 nights had the motors whirring and the local nightclub adding to...
