Frankly, I really don't understand the complaints in some posts here, it is as if some people don't understand where they are going and why, so they expect 5th Avenue standards in Masai Mara. Personally, I was pleasantly suprised to find out how comfortable the camp in fact is, as I was prepared for less luxurious conditions. The tents are...

It's a nice resort and does not feel over commercialised. There are however one or two things that could definitely be better. The should have intercom connected to the reception in each of the cottages and tents. I know of one guest who was unwell and needed help; since there is no intercom, she had to drag herself to the...

We stayed for two night at the Mara Leisure Camp and were amazed by the excellent service. The camp is directly located in the Masai Mara park and monkey are frequent guests (it's awesome to watch them while enjoying dinner). The food was delicious and we had one of the best buffets of our safari trip at this hotel. Only...

Right from handling of my reservations to drop off at air-strip. Food is quiet good. Staff very friendly and always ready to take on ur queries...

The good: super friendly and helpful staff. I have only good things to say about those employed at this facility, from the night watchmen to the restaurant wait staff to the safari guide...all fantastic people! I was on a first-name basis with several of the staff members after a short amount of time. From top to bottom, they went out...

We visited Maasai Mara in August and stayed at Mara Leisure tented camp after we were originally booked into another camp and the tour operator advised that we would be upgraded at no extra expense. We obviously accepted and were pleasantly surprised upon arival. The staff were very welcoming after our long and tiring drive from Niarobi. We stayed in...

We stayed at this property in Aug 2016. The rooms are tented and provide very close feeling to nature. Food is good and caters well to Indian taste. Has lots of other continental options on the menu too. The best was the service of the staff both of hotel & restaurant. Located very close to the river and one can...

The accommodation is tents but the rooms were very clean and neat and the interior of the tents was very modern. Service was good also especially the staff...

This place is comfortable and has lot of greenery amidst the Mara Savannah fields. The power situation is bad and we had to experience time slots without power. The staff were helpful and the food was above average.

We came with our children (16, 20 years old) and stayed for 4 nights in two comfortable Nyati tents overlooking the river. The camp is situated very close to the Tarek entrance of the park making two safaris a day easily possible. The staff, especially in the kitchen and restaurant was extremly friendly and always willing to fulfill our needs....
