We spent 2 days at the Porini Lion camp and had an AMAZING experience. The Porini Lion camp is larger with 10 tents, but the camp is still beautifully maintained and the tents were high quality, clean and comfortable. We loved the eco-camp style! Similar...More

My wife has already reviewed this holiday but I thought I would add my own comments. Greta staff, great food and hospitality and the wildlife amazing. The conservancy works really well not only for the animals but the local staff who are well trained and...More

Our experience with Porini was so fantastic, I don’t know where to start with my review. Camping with Porini was an adventure I will never forget. The guides Jackson and Ketere are wildlife fanatics and went to great lengths to ensure our game drives were...More

The camp is in the middle of all the wildlife you want to see on your visit. The tents are large and comfortable, providing everything you would need for this trip. The guides are extremely knowledgeable and very good at spotting the animals.

Weather was great. No bugs at all. I was actually shocked. Took multiple brands of repellent and never touched any of them. Cool in the AM, but occasionally got very warm in the afternoon, but cool again by Sundowner time.

there are no fences and you would want to be with your children at all times. The night can be magical listening to an elephant pulling branches off a tree nearby, but for a child I cannot imagine how they would react.
