My wife and I spent 3 nights in this resort as part of an SNA Tour. I emailed SNA after returning to complain.
1. Buffet breakfast is mediocre at best. Same small selection of food.

There is a Buffet restaurant onsite which I recall closes about 9 ish. Other restaurants about the site may close later. There is also room service, with a limited menu. Given unpredictable arrival times due to traffic congestion, I'd stock up on some edibles/snacks/munchies, etc before heading off.
Don't miss a spending a few hours at he public hot spring area. It's great fun, and there is also a very large heated.
indoor swimming pool. All free for hotel guests, and a rare chance to mingle with the Chinese in a relaxed and friendly environment.
