We found the beds, room and bathroom clean and comfortable . The breakfasts had great western options and the food was generally well presented and tasty. On a few occasions it was difficult to communicate to reception staff problems with air conditioning and other minor in-room problems. The pool was out of action for renovation, the gym had a lot...

This hotel was billed as a five star. While the location was good close to shops, markets and attractions it lets itself down in the basics. The front counter staff are disinterested each time I approached then they either shrugged it off or ignored my requests. The restaurant kept running out of things, knives, forks, spoons and glasses as well...

We were part a tour group and this hotel was pre-selected for us and we stayed 5 nights. The hotel was close to malls and restaurant alley and tourist spots. The room was a good size, the bathtub was clean but shower stalls had mildew, water from the shower were flooding into the bathroom despite the door being closed and...

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights on an organized trip to China. This was our first hotel and we were quite impressed with the main Lobby. We had clean large rooms, nice location although we had only one evening to explore the neighborhood.

The hotel was clean and the pool huge. We went in the spa but got kicked out and didn't know why. The guy showed us that we had to pay extra to use the spa. The park in front is really beautiful and fun at night because chinese people go there to dance.

Th hotel has big rooms, the bed is huge. The large bed is two queen beds combined into one. Poor wifi, receptionists speaks minimum English, and other staffs speaks no English at all. For some reasons we can't understand, the hotel can only provide one key per room, which makes it difficult when we need to splt with the roommate....

I won't run on and on but to keep it simple. The most annoying thing is the room key situation. They only allow ONE per room, and the key controls the electricity. So once the key is taken out, everything shuts off. Also, the air conditioner only works from 8am to 8pm, after that it shuts off (WHO DOES THAT???)...
