This hotel is aweful. My family and i have always stayed at Ibis Hotels around Australia and have always been happy with the service and standard of the properties thats why we choose the Ibis at the Beijing Capital Airport. It was a total disgrace to be in the Ibis chain both from the standard of the property and the...

I stayed here one night before departure early morning. The room seems to be clean, wifi are terribly slow, impossible to use it. There are some restaurants near by and a small supermarket. Breakfast at this ibis hotel are super simple, mostly Chinese breakfast, you have the possibility to toast a bread and drink not that good coffee.

Stayed here for about 10 hours during my layover just to get some rest. They picked me up at the airport pretty quickly and took me to the hotel. The ride back to the airport was pretty bad. Not only was the driver smoking a cigarette during the ride but someone cut him off and he got really angry and...

Very close to airport for those who has transfer within 24 hours. Taxi will charge your more from airport. But good thing is they have free shuttle bus every hour to airport. Breakfast was cheap. Not much choice of restaurants around, only chinese, no western food. Have small grocery next to it.

Stayed here for one night, room outdated and not clean but this was not my main problem but the fact that I asked them to call a taxi for me in the morning the receptionists just went outside and spoke to this guy who took me and he stopped the car in the middle of the way asking for 100...

I just spent one night for my transit. After arriving at the Beijing airport I called them to pick up me and their free shuttle service came just within 10 minutes. I was asked them to drop me at 5 am to the airport and they also did it nicely. This hotel is near to the airport and their staffs...

This is a typical Chinese hotel and a lot better than most in its genre, You have to judge it as a Chinese hotel, not as a western hotel. Food was lovely in a nice restaurant with lots of it! Rooms are tired, need decorating but everything workd and sheets/towels clean and a restful night It's less than £40 so...

Check In: When you first walk in, you are greeted kindly. There is a small language barrier but you work past it. Have your booking itinerary ready because they will have to look it up. There is no deposit so check in is easy. They will ask you when you will need a shuttle to the airport and what Terminal,...

Can't complain the breakfast buffet that you could buy was not worth it, no coffee even! But for the price of the room, can't complain, if I had paid $50 for a night I'd have problems, but I slept and showered and free airport shuttle.

I booked Ibis because of its brand name and previous experience in India. But, this is the most poor property I have stayed in all of my stays across other cities in China travelled by me. This was my first time in beijing, so thought to trust a brand for sound stay. But, most pathetic property and with a brand...
