Hotel location is very good. It has the direct corridor to go to the exhibition center and no need to go outside facing the cold and windy weather in winter. It is close to the major Olympic venues like the bird nest - National Stadium and the water cube - Beijing National Aquatics Center. Also there is the Metro and...

That's the typical Chinese trap: the building looks great, rooms are good, buffet seems to be a nice spread, but then service lacks of professionalism. If you have poor English speaking staff in a low key hotel or in a remote location you can't complain, but this is an International venue next to the Convention Center, and in the heart...

Very nice hotel and conf center. Staff was terrific personable and helpful. Central location and breakfast buffet was great. Room was nice and clean with great amenities. Worth coming back in the future. Just know the air conditioner did not cool the room.

A beautiful hotel inside and out. Excellent, helpful, friendly staff. The rooms are very nice sized as well as the bathrooms. The bedding is wonderful and although the beds are harder than we are used to in the USA, we slept fitfully. The restaurant served wonderful meals. The hotel is right across from the 2009 Olympic site and close to...

I went to China for 10 days and I arrived in Beijing so it was my 1st hotel there and we stayed in for 3 nights. When you walked in the hotel had a nice entrance. The room was very neat & comfortable, replace towels and leave a free bottle of water every day. The room service called to offer...

It was a nice hotel. Conveniently located close Olympic park, the mall and subway. Even though it's considered to be more of a luxury hotel it seems a bit dated. Since it's a convention center there are many guests there all the time, which gets busy during breakfast time with people that are part of a tour or for business....

The room is spacious and clean. The staff was polite but with very poor english knowledge. The hotel restaurant has one of the bests dishes from beijing, the duck, strongly recommended. The hotel connect directly to the convention center.

This was the first hotel in which we stayed on a recent tour in China. The hotel is very smart both externally and internally and the room was one of the best that we've stayed in being very spacious and well presented. From our window, we were able to view the Olympic tower, which was beautifully illuminated after dark. The...

We were here for sightseeing with a tour group. We stayed here 5 nights. The rooms were clean, the hotel was spotless. The staff was courteous and many spoke English. The breakfast buffet was essentially the same each day, but plenty of american items to help us fill up before going out for the day. We went down to the...

Found the room to be spacious, modern, clean and quiet....certainly 4 to 5 stars. The room came with an exceptional level of amenities, including pool, spa, and in-room wifi. All toiletries, including tooth brush, paste, shampoo, slippers and bathrobe were included. Food...the included breakfast buffet was outstanding. Cook-to-order omelettes, bacon, fresh fruit, pastries, coffee and fruit juices were always served...
