The Staffs very helpful, they try to help you even to arrange the taxi for you. Location is perfect, 3 minutes walk from subway station. Go out for 100 meters, you will find the main road and shopping center, culinary etc. They have trip to Mutianyu Greatwall for daily departure, the guide is nice. Four out of five stars. This hostel is near perfect. We've really enjoyed the atmosphere. Fresh flowers are brought in every day and the staff is very helpful. Not all members speak perfect English, but well enough to get your business sorted. The rooms are kept very clean and you can choose to sit out in the sun on the... More

Cute little place with a Nice roof terrace. Breakfast is good and with western options. They speak well enough english to andere any question. Downside: bit noisey in the morning. Location is great! Near ghost street (for eating) the forbidden city.

So sweet. No curfew. We liked hanging out in the common room that was across the alley from the rooms. Beds were good individual outlets and lamps. Showers were coed behind a curtain. Staff was helpful and knew where we could find whatever we wanted or figured it out. Pool table and plenty of China books. Thanks guys! Be back!

Conveniently located near a busy street with several shops, restaurants and a metro station this hostel is located in a quiet area. The staff is friendly and the rooms are clean. Western style breakfast is available. The only downside for me were the beds which gave me a back pain. I would still recommend this hostel to anyone visiting Beijing,... More

A little pricey for China, but definitely worth it in my opinion. The staff is excellent, very helpful and tend to speak very good English as well. The computer in the common area has a VPN so you can access facebook and gmail. Breakfast is also very good here (there is also a nice bakery nearby). The hostel also has... More

The hostel is really easy to find, located 2 minutes from the subway Zhangzizhonglu, make sure you exit at the D section. you can see a hostel sign from the end of the street. Thoughtfully and comfortably furnished, the Peking Yard Hostel is a really charming place full of character and very good value for money. The roof garden and the bar/dining room area downstairs are lovely places to spend some time and feel very relaxed and cosy. Food menu is ok and quite reasonably priced, but definitely not a patch on sister hostel's-... More
