The hotel shows some wear. Overall we thought it very nice. Like any foreign area many of the staff did not understand English but most tried to figure out what you needed. Some of the front desk were curt. Not sure why probably just failure to understand. We ate here and the food was fine and a nice variety. We...

The room is very nice with the size and facilities. WiFi in room is strong. The location of the hotel is easy to get to other interesting places and easy to get a taxi. The breakfast restaurant offers variety of food. But for egg menu you need to wait. The majority of staff there don't speak any English and it...

Like so many others before us, we stayed here as part of a Wendy Wu tour. It's a typical 'coach tour' hotel and perfectly acceptable for a two night stay on a busy schedule. Our room was actually quite spacious with a sofa and large twin beds, which were comfortable - not hard as other people seem to have experienced....

We stayed here on the Beijing leg of our Wendy Wu tour and had one or two issues. First the beds are very hard. To be fair, this is a common in Beijing; it’s the kind of bed the locals like but for westerners it’s uncomfortable. The problem was alleviated by our guide who arranged for additional duvets to be...

Three night stop at this hotel as part of group of 10. Met at airport by National Guide - Shirley (Huang Xiang) who accompanied the group throughout the tour in China and was always available. Shirley was a highlight of the tour, caring and very professional. Hotel has limited but OK UK breakfast, and large Chinese selection. Bank of China...

We stayed here for 3 nights as part of a Wendy Wu tour in November 2015. - Room was dated but ok / suitable for our stay. - Although we were on an organised tour, we did our own thing each evening so that we could see more of Beijing. The hotel was around 15 minutes walk to the nearer...

Stayed here for three nights whilst on Wendy Wu tour of China. None of the hotel staff seemed to speak English which makes life difficult when the tour guide is not there. Rooms are ok but tired - this is a business hotel not a tourist one. Rooms were just ok and breakfast limited. The biggest issue I have with...

This was our introduction to China and first hotel on our Wendy Wu Tour. This was a great start to our tour. the hotel was close to freeway entrances and there were lots of little food shops around. Rooms were large and airy, bathrooms clean and lots of hot water, beds were a little hard, but as explained to us,...
