I have never come across members of staff that rude and unpleasant. I had booked a twin room for 8 nights a month ahead and when I got to Beijing the man in the reception said I would have to move rooms during my stay. I politely said I had made the booking well in advance and asked why -...

Pros: - Cheap - Clean - Good showers and toilets - Quiet - Washing machine and clothes line Cons: - Mattress was super thin, worse than any others I have experienced in China. I had to double it over on itself just so I had enough padding to sleep. - Staff didn't speak English, which led to some issues with...

This hostel is located on the main street of Beijing Dashilar. Close to Tian an men Square. Many places to visit in this area. Great for tour groups or single travelers. This hostel is very clean, great prices and has a great bar inside the hostel. Sidd Finch is the name of the bar. The bar was the best part....

Cosy hostel located just one step from most of Beijing's highlights - Tiananmen square, Forbidden city, hutongs, etc. Also not far from metro station. There is also a newly opened bar where you can find fellow travel mates.

The hostel was very close to the forbidden city and easily accessible by public transport. The breakfast was good and they had cheap beers. If you have the rooms on the first floor, then have to go outside and downstairs to the toilet and showers. The staff is also very helpful, even though not all of them speak english which...

I stayed in the 6 bed dorm room for 6 nights in June 2016. The hostel was in a good location, close to the subway station and in an area with lots of local street food options. Extremely helpful staff! Reasonably good English spoken, and those who could not understand you made a big effort to either make themselves understood...

We had an enjoyable stay at this hostel. Our rooms were on the second floor and it was a good climb up the stairs to get there. It felt like there was a lot of family that stayed there for extended periods of time. The price is really good and right new Tiananmen Square. After 1am, everything shuts down. If...

The location is great and accessible to many other great attractions! The hostel itself is worth the money paid, it might not be great but it is worth the money paid. Though the cleaniless of the common shared facilities could be improved but overall, it was definitely worth the money. The staff was also great and accomodating.

Stayed here for 2 nights in a 4-person dorm. The location is excellent, walking distance to a couple of subway stations on Line 2 and Line 7. It is also a short walk to the Tiananmen Square and Forbidden City. There are also plenty of eating and shopping choices nearby. It is quite an atmospheric hostel, with a central courtyard...
