We stayed here over night for an early flight the next morning because it is very close to the airport and has pickup service from the airport itself (if you take the train out to the airport first). It is also a 5 minute taxi...More
The rooms are very comfortable for the price and equipped with everything you need (or may have forgotten). It is just 10 minutes drive from the airport and someone is always waiting with the free shuttle bus service.

1. I am not sure whether they have an email. You can try to call the hotel +86 02 386098888 (there are people at the reception speaking fairly good English) or fax an email/transfer request to +86 02 386663998. When I arrived at CKG airport I just called the above number and asked for directions of the shuttle bus that travels regularly between the hotel and the airport.
2. The closest metro station is 750 metres down Binggang Rd (to the South of the hotel), but I have never used metro in Chongqing before, because the taxi is quite cheap and safe and because most of the time we were accompanied by our local partners.
P.S. I have some more tips for you regarding money in Chongqing. There is a shopping mall in the same building with cafes, boutiques and a Walmart, which is handy, but be aware that your credit card may not be working there, so better have some RMB. You can exchange money at the reception or at any of the multiple banks situated westward of the hotel, but keep in mind that banknotes with even minor defects like rubbing marks may not be accepted in China and that only some of local ATMs may process your credit card.
Have a good trip to Chongqing!
