I like the hotel's location. Near Harbour City and Nathan Road. It's also near one of the Tsim Sha Tsui exits. No problems encountered with our booking. We got the room as soon as we checked in before 2pm. The room was just about right as described. Good enough for me and my husba since we are mostly out during...

Having travelled to Hong Kong many a time, this was a great find. I don't need breakfast in the hotel - only a comfy bed, quiet time at night and good pressure shower. I got all those at the Citadines. Although minimalist, the kitchen facilities allowed basically the heating of water or a pot to cook instant noodles. I liked...

When I booked this apart hotel, I really thought that we would get the kind of accommodation and service that the Citadines Paris, Ascot and Somerset Manila, and Citadines Singapore offered. Unfortunately, I was very wrong. First of all, we were 3 families, inclusive of a 5 month old baby and a 3 year old child, and therefore needed kitchen...

Dear Estrellaj, Thank you for your feedback via Tripadvisor on 3 January 2012. We are very sorry to learn that Citadines Ashley Hongkong has not met your expectations during your stay here in Hong Kong. While we constantly strive to maintain the highest customer satisfaction standards, regrettably, on this occasion, we have fallen short of our key objective. I therefore...

Citadines Ashley was true to its description, right smack in the middle of bustling Tsim Sha Tsui. Although Ashley Road is a sub-street that is not widely known, it is so near the MTR station and Harbour City that it doesn't really matter. The rooms were very minimalist, in the true Citadines style, but comfortably fit six people in two...

I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel, where I stayed for three nights late november this year. Tsim Sha Tsui is a pretty good area, and Ashley Road in particular. Just around the hotel you can find a variety of bars and restaurants. Rooms are regular sized for HK (that is rather small compared to what you usually get in...

Accommodation in Hong Kong is extremely expensive. If you are looking for staying in serviced apartment, I think Citadines is the cheapest choice. The room is a bit small, but it is tidy and clean. The small equipped kitchen is good for me to prepare light meals. The hotel locates at Tsim Sha Tsui which is a shopping area. All...

Honestly, I didn't expect much from this one as the review didn't seem that great but when we arrived, the receiptionist was very welcoming and informative. We got assigned to a big room while we would have to come back for another small room (we booked 1 big and 1 small) as we arrvied one hour before the check-in time....

Citadines is a great choice for a few nights: rooms are nice and modern with one double bed and a sofa bed (which was perfect as it was just 2 of us, if there are 3 of you than it might be a bit too small). The location is fantastic, you are right in the centre of everything, shops, restaurants,...

We stayed with friends in Citadines for 2 nights during our Hong Kong trip. Although the rooms are quite small (it's a Hong Kong mate...), there is everything what you need even small kitchenette so you can prepare tea or coffee. There are many restaurants at Ashely road hence no need to cook. You can find Mexican, Singaporean, Hong Kong,...
