This hotel is good for travelers who are on a tight budget. It is very near the subway station and every night the streets outside of this hotel is filled by night market vendors. There are 24/7 convenience stores few blocks away from the hotel in case you want to buy something and a lot of affordable restaurants where you...

Wing Swing Hotel may good for backpackers and budget travelers. The rooms are too small even the toilet and bath room. The hotel staff members are not professionals. The hotel is located not from from the subway train station and it is near from the night market.

With 570HK$ to get that kinda size of room, it was so terrible exp in life. There're other hotels tht cn give more value wth tht amount of price. It is more suitable to call it "hostel" rather than "hotel"

Rooms are small- think Harry Potter in closet. But if you are not the person who stays a long time in the room this may work. Good side of this hotel is location. Was able to get a high floor so had some sea view. For backpackers this may work. Btw. They offer free wifi a big plus.

stayed on the 5 november 2011. Flooding occurs in toilet within first day of stay. We then made a complaint to reception asking for maintenance but however nothing was done. Our luggage was soaked wet and hotel did nothing to compensate our belongings due to hotel's negligence. Since there's flooding in the toilet, the least they can do for us...

I am a type of traveler that doesn't usually stay in hotel for that long. I just sleep there, take a bath and off to my itinerary. If you are a type of traveler as I am this is perfect for you. It is a very small room but Great location and it is affordable.

the hotel provided for us in Hong Kong (the Wing Sing Hotel) was very unsatisfactory on all counts. The person behind the desk was extremely rude and unhelpful. The room was too small and we could not fit our luggage in the room and had to put it in the bathroom. We requested a larger room which they could not...

Staying in Jordan / Yau Ma Tei

Neighbourhood Profile
Jordan / Yau Ma Tei
The Jordan and Yau Ma Tei neighbourhood is where you will find some of the more authentic areas of Hong Kong. Not as glamourous or busy as its neighbours Mong Kok to the north or Tsim Sha Tsui to the south, Yau Ma Tei is often mistakenly overlooked by visitors on their trips to Hong Kong. Exploring parts of this area makes you feel like you’ve been transported back in time. A large part of the neighbourhood draws from the rich history of Temple Street, stretching from Jordan to Yau Ma Tei, where a mix of dai pai dongs (outdoor restaurants), market stalls, fortune tellers and old karaoke bars bring out the history and culture of the area. The neighbourhood is a showcase of diversity – different ethnicities, cultures, and a mix of old and new.
