Excited! Go to the left shop and eat "Hong Wing - Korean Stream - Tasting Tour" buffet lunch. Don't think it's a mess here, and there's a free Shuttle Bus to Arum subway station. Every 20 and 40 minutes of the day, there is a bus departing from the Aung Feng subway station.

Buffet is provided by the "The Platter" on LG floor, and once you enter the "The Platter", you will see a large self-service venue and a lot of wildlife dishes. Although it is only lunch buffet, but all 5 hea, should be as good as possible.

First, talk about the food she has alone or not necessarily.

✨️ And the wind of beef love Uganda
Each person carries a bowl at a time, not much portion. The beef smells good, Udo is very tasty, it really tastes good!

✨️ Bread Crab
Usually only the seafood that appears in the Dinner buffet. Lunch buffet will be very delicious, great! I ate a large dish left, super satisfied.

✨️ Horse knife
Equipped with a special body area, a variety of bodies, for example: shrimp, swallow fish and shark, etc. The most special horse knife, is thin and white, bite and smooth, taste a little like ink fish.

Other foods are

Salad area ~ Cheese plates, various dishes, Korean prints.
Cheese flavor, vegetables fresh, Korean pre-cooked subtle spice.

Cooking area ~ Golden acres, clean-cooked sauce, soup, steak, Korean fried chicken, Korean seafood.
The same taste is good, all specifically referred to "the stew stew", the general buffet stew taste of beef, and the grade stew is really good taste, but each shopper only cut two small pieces than you.

Dessert area ~ There are raw fruits, puddings, cakes, pastries....I love Haagen-Dazs.

The room is clean. Cleaning staff are friendly and cheerful. Table or desk is definitely required inside the room as it is very difficult to work or have meals without one. Feels a bit sad when eating on bench and next to my luggage.

I booked Cozi Deluxe and the room is larger than I expected, but it's quite a dirty room with visible molds and dusts. I don't want to get too harsh on the hotel during this hard time, but the hotel is running at minimum staffs with many services and lounges stopped. The hotel lobby is quieter than a library, which is understandable at this period, hopefully they can get through this because I see potential in this hotel, I will certainly give them another try once everything back to normal.

My partner and I stayed in this hotel for 8 days because of the Chinese New Year. to visit my family. but we didnt have a good experience at all. The location is bad, Its located between the industrial buildings, the industries workers are working at the day time, and there have lot of rubbish around the back entrance we also saw rats running around the building at night. Then, the room, the room is not what I'm expecting from the pictures and the reviews which it shown on the website. My room is very small and the bed or the bed sheet made us having an allergy reactions, our body and legs are itchy during the time we stayed. we told the front desk officer for solution, but they can only be able to ask the lady to change the bed sheet for us.
The service from the front desk was fine, I didnt expect that much from them after the bed sheets incidence. But the house keeping service made us a bit annoying because she mostly have to call in our room and ask for the time when we are going out. I understand she has a job to do, but please be understanding we are on jetlag, and also on hoilday, we will be very happy to sleep as much as we want.
Overall, very disappointed with this hotel and we will not come back again for our next hoilday

Logistics of getting to the hotel location: Took the Airport bus with our luggage to Kwai Fong bus station - need to buy octopus card at the airport first, then walked over to the shuttle bus pick up/ drop off point by the New Metroplaza shopping centre (Walk though the MTR station, past 7 - eleven and out the other side, then cross the road). Once we got there, decided not to wait for the next shuttle bus, as it was some time away. Hopped into a taxi at the taxi rank and was dropped off around the back of the hotel. Paid in cash. Took the lift up to the reception area and checked in. Room was clean, tidy and had a small table and chair. Staff was attentive when required throughout the 7 night stay. The hotel is a 15 min walk to MTR at Kwai Hing. Or use the shuttle bus to/ from Kwai Fong MTR to save the walk. Allow for at least 5-10 minutes to wait for the lift to go up and down. As it gets very busy at times. Pre-booked Uber for 5am pick up from the hotel to airport. Driver was waiting out the front of the hotel. But we were around the back. I let the driver know and driver quickly drove around the back to pick us up. Overall an enjoyable stay. Well priced for HK.

I booked and occupied the 11th floor for two rooms. The room is clean and cozy. The overall appearance is also good. However, I have a few comments that might help visitors in Hong Kong. The room had no control panel on the headboard, the toilet did not have a bidet or perineal wash, and there was no complimentary water. The hotel also does not have drop-off areas.

The hotel was about 10 minutes on foot from Kwai Hing MTR station. As we did not mind to commute on train and bus to travel around the city, we loved this cozy hotel which was well located in a quiet residential area, surrounded by many local restaurants. Our room was one of the best in Hong Kong so far, not only because it was spacious, with bathroom and toilette separated, but also was beautiful and well equipped. Staff wad friendly. The lounge was nice and the outside garden was lovely.

It was a beautiful hotel.
There was no place to put clothes, etc., is,
It is easy to get to and you could take a bus from the front of the hotel to Hwangdaesan.
It was also convenient (running since 4am) to get from the 7-Eleven, which is about a three-minute walk, to the airport by bus A30.

There is a transfer from the hotel to the nearest station every 30 minutes. I used it every day.

Stayed at this hotel in July for 7 days (quarantine) while the stay was ok - several things could of been better LOT better ! First upon arrival when me and a friend got out the bus we were shouted by someone at the hotel telling us they didn't tell us to get out which really was no need for ! They didn't exactly tell us not to get out the bus so what the hell was we suppose to do ! Think this guy has an attitude problem or something ! While other staff in hotel was ok though. Room was small & food was ok but could of been better considering the price paid for the hotel - I expected better, much better. Period. And no tea / coffee either - I mean really ? All in was ok stay just several points I mentioned ruined the stay.

We stayed at Hotel Cozi Oasis for 2 nights. We chose this hotel because it was cheaper compared to other hotels that was a bit close to HK Disneyland. It was also in the middle of Kowloon/Tsim Sha Tsui area and airport/Lantau areaa.

The hotel is in the middle of an industrial area. It was actually odd to see this hotel in the area. The nearest MTR station, Kwai Hing station, sure, was within walking distance, but it's not really near. Also the stop where you go down from the Airport Bus to reach the hotel is also NOT a short walk. So, I'd actually recommend that you just use the shuttle that would get you to and from Kwai Fong station all the time - including transfers to and from the hotel and the airport.

The hotel itself is really nice and clean. We got the COZi Superior room, which has a double (not queen-sized) bed. Room was quiet. The bed mattress wasn't springy, it was a bit firm, but I like the fluffy comforter and thick pillows. The room is spacious enough for me, with lots of space for luggage. They totally got rid of cabinets and drawers (except for the small fridge and safety box), and all that's there is a long rack with some hangers if you need to hang stuff. There was no table and chair in our room where you can sit and work (but there is one at the COZi Deluxe room). There's no clock. There should've been a complimentary handphone that you can use, but was not yet available when we stayed. I understand that we stayed just a 10 days after it opened, but I think it should not yet be advertised if it's not yet offered. There was wireless internet access, but not really high speed.

The bathroom is also spacious. The bath area was TOO spacious - half of it could've been used for more space for the room, or it could fit a bathtub and STILL have a large area for the shower area. There was no rack made where you could put your bath stuff. Bathroom amenities were complete enough and looked nice. They provided a hair dryer, but there was NO socket where you can plug it in the bathroom, only for shavers. There's no bidet.

We got the launch offer that had free breakfast for 2. Breakfast was decent, buffet style, wasn't spectacular, but menu didn't change for the 2 days that we ate there.

The staff was great and very helpful. We were allowed to check-in early and check-out late. We requested for nearby rooms with our companions, but they totally forgot that we got the Superior room and they initially gave us the Deluxe room with twin beds. They transferred us to a different room on the safe flooe eventually. They also forgot that we requested for a baby cot, but it's fine as we didn't really follow it up upon checking-in. Check-out was also easy. Upon check-out, they asked if we consumed anything from the minibar... uh, what minibar?

Overall, I did find our stay okay and pretty comfortable, but felt that it needs improvement to be at par with other 4-star hotels. I'd rate this 3.5 if a .5 rating is allowed. The location probably is the thing that would keep me from booking here again.

You can either walk to the nearest MTR station (Kwai Hing) or take the free shuttle to Kwai Fong station and ride to Lai King, transfer to the Tung Chung line and ride to Sunny Bay, then transfer again to the Disneyland Resort Line.
