I really was impressed with this property. In the center of Kowloon Korea town, 10 min+ walk to Jordan MTR, many many places to eat near here. Very clean, staff excellent. We rented during Chinese New year so was pricy.

Rooms come with lounge room, kitchen, and large bathroom - amazing for this price range in HK. Beautiful furnishings and helpful staff. Only downside is the walk to MTR - about 10 mins. Also no breakfast, but there are many restaurants on way to MTR.

If you want a spacious hotel room in TST area in Hong Kong, you often need to pay a fortune. Yi Service Apartment is an option and a hidden gem. Rooms are nearly 700 sq foot, studio type, with open kitchen and sitting room area. Clean and chic. Price is only 3-4 star hotel level. I stayed with a friend...

Besides being a big apartment, I would not book this apartment again. The dayshift guard was so rude that even waiting in front the door is a big no-no for her. And my group were waiting for the van to take us to the airport! We were asking her nicely about where to eat in that area but answered us...

It was a nice stay for one night. I wished I had stayed longer here. The staff was very nice too. Our apartment was the studio, it was really comfortable and clean. The price is worth it. There are many good restaurant located too! The only thing I didn't like is.. It was kinda hard to find actually, but once...

We stayed at Yi Serviced Apartment in Kowloon for one week in April. It is a small, but descent serviced apartment in a relatively quiet (by Hong Kong's standard) neighbourhood in Tsim Sha Tsui, very close to the Hong Kong Museum of History. We stayed in one of the superior suites whose size was roughly 500 square feet - I...

My wife and I stayed at Yi's serviced apartment for three weeks in April 2012. Generally the apartment is clean and small (that is the Hong Kong standard). Our room is well equipped. The location is excellent for us. It is slightly far from MRT station, but they are only 15 min walk from the apartment. There are two supermarkets...

HONG KONG HOLIDAY – REVIEW OF YI SERVICED APARTMENTS Overall, the apartments are comfortable and larger than most 3-4 star hotel rooms in the city. The disappointments are very irritating, rather than overwhelming, and they appear immediately after arrival. We were greeted very warmly and graciously and shown to our apartment by staff who remained courteous and helpful for the...

“There are only three suits on each floor; two superior suites and one small studio. I recommend one of the superior suites. Wherever you are, I don't think you can expect any meaningful views. Noise level at this hotel is very low, a pleasant surprise in Hong Kong due to the slow traffic flow in front of the building.”
Chuzaa, 16 May 2013 | Read review
“The block is in a quiet street so external noise should not be a problem at night, but the higher the floor the better, although the views from the rooms are simply of other buildings.”
