The staffs are very friendly and room was cozy and clean. I will recommend this hotel to my friends, family and colleagues, but need to add more food variation on the restaurant. Location is very close to down town, shops and malls. Easy to find products and shop by foot, nearby MRT as well.

We booked on executive floor and really enjoyed the executive services, the breakfast in Alto88 with great panoramic views, the evening drinks/snacks in the lounge, warm and friendly service of the executive floor staff, especially Becky, she is very nice and well look after us. The room is fully equipped with the amenities. Some interior details could need an upgrade....

It's a typical marble Hong Kong Hotel with pleasant sized rooms and amenities. There was mould in our shower cubicle but otherwise it was clean. The breakfast was great with an extensive range. Unfortunately there was no bar except the foyer which required a minimum order to even sit there and was not staffed later in the evening. The lifts...

The rooms are well kept and huge! Staff were very warm and polite. The location is great for shopping and they have the best room service food, food is delivered in 30 mins! Definitely my favourite hotel to stay in Hong Kong!

I stayed this hotel from 13 April until 20 April 2017. I really surprise you call this 5 star. Lets we review regarding house keeping, they don't change your bed sheet every day. they change it every other day! Stayed in Regal Hong Kong about 6 years ago. Decided to come back this time to see if there are any changes. To be honest, the service has become a lot better than 6 years ago. We stayed in Excelsior when we came to Hong Kong last month. So we can really compare the service and the rooms. To be...

First of all the people in Hong Kong are very rude and arrogant. We mainly came for disney park and we were 6 adults and four children. The staff at Regal river side are not trained well and do not know the meaning of hospitality. This hotel is probably 30-40y old and is screaming for renovation. The ceiling in the...

The entire hotel seems stuck 30 years in the past. The rooms are driven?/controlled by a central console (including blaring bright clock). I was shown two rooms, I rejected the first for smelling musty, the second smelled the same - perhaps just the style of the hotel.

We staded at Regal Hong Kong one week during the easter 2017 in executive room. The room was big and had all the necessary things you need for one weeks stay. Espresso machine, big bathroom and nice beds(the harder type of bed). Some parts of the room need an upgrade to meet the up scale standard. The roof top pool...

The hotel is elegant but felt aged. The food is nice, typical of a Hongkong hotel. I felt the AC in my room, 1220, was not serviced for some time. My colleague who is staying in another room on the same floor felt the same. The pillows felt somewhat damp. I am not sure if this has to do with...

Staying in Wan Chai / Causeway Bay

Neighbourhood Profile
Wan Chai / Causeway Bay
Wan Chai and Causeway Bay are the retail centres of Hong Kong Island. Filled with shops, malls and restaurants, both areas are bustling with people – tourists and locals alike. Causeway Bay has one of the highest rents on the planet, and is a bit more polished and modern than its Wan Chai counterpart. Beneath the surface there is more than meets the eye – find boutique stores in the above ground floors of buildings and wander into side streets to find interesting restaurants and shops tucked away from the main roads. Wan Chai especially has experienced a modern revival in recent times, with an influx of trendy restaurants and bars around the Star Street area. In addition, both areas contain many of Hong Kong’s iconic tourist attractions worthy of your visit.
