My wife and I stayed for 3 nights on the final stage of a holiday as part of an organised tour with other other couples. Therefore we did not use or were aware of some of the hotel facilities. The hotel was in the centre of the city within close proximity to the promenade. A large amount of construction work...

The rooms could use some renovation having a decor from the 80s, however they are very large for Hong Kong standards. The bed is not very soft, but linen is clean. Room has minibar, desk, tv with some channels in english. The air conditioner is not good and one cannot expect to refrigerate room below 22 degrees. Bathroom is ok...

This was our first trip to HK, but the next time we return we will be happy to return to the Regal Kowloon. We had been given a few options around Kowloon of where to stay. After reading the reviews decided the Regal had what we needed. From the reviews we learned to book directly with the Regal website for...

The room smelled like mildew the moment I walked in. Bathtub was clogged the first night and the shower head was leaking. I requested a room change and was countered by a "let's see if we can fix the tub first", follow by an weak effort to get in touch with me. A manager showed up finally 10 mins before...

The location of the hotel is very convenient. It's near to a lot of novelty cafe's and shops. In a few mins. walk, you'll find the MTR station too. One down side to our stay was the elevators, there's only 2 and it gets busy in the morning so you'll have to wait a few mins before you're able to...

We booked to stay in an Executive floor room so that we could benefit from the free return airport shuttle, free breakfast, all day soft drinks and evening alcoholic drinks and canapés. Our flight into Hong Kong was delayed and so we missed the last hotel shuttle bus- as did another group of 5. This was disappointing as the small...

The facilities are somewhat old, but the location and service was very good and I could spend comfortably. The bed was relatively hard, and I could sleep comfortably.Distance is moderate, easy to move for the 2 stations you often use.

After having been away from Hong Kong for a while, I was delighted to return this week and found the stay at Regal Kowloon was most comfortable as always. The staff recognized and greeted me by name. I found the accommodation and service have even improved. The hotel had maintained the quality and its standard very well. I will return...

We stayed here for 6 nights and overall we thought the hotel is in a great location, not far from the Underground station, the Star ferry terminal and the ferry for Macau. I would give this hotel five star, however there were a few issues which have, in my opinion let the hotel down and those planning a stay should...
