This hotel has great sized rooms, has wonderful staff and facilities. It has a wonderful view too being near the harbour and I was able to walk around for shopping and food nearby after a day of work It was also great for work with fast wifi in room and a Handy that makes Data available all across Hong Kong....

Nice Hotel. Good Location in TST East. Comfortable renovated room. Large bathroom. Fantastic Harbour view. Residence Club nice and practical. At check-out, I asked Cathy, the reception desk staff, for recommending a restaurant with nice view for the Symphony of Light. She searched for me and made a reservation directly. I enjoyed fine Chinese dinner and Symphony of LIght together.

I never use the Hotel facilities, but I like its Japanese resturants, called "Ranzan" and "Sagano". Wow, the foods are fresh and delicious. The place is comfortable and tidy.
