Went to Hong Kong for the second time last November 2012 and I really liked this hotel. We stayed in a room beside the pool. There was water leaking on the ceiling outside the bathroom but it wasn't really too much and the staff offered...More
It is an excellent hotel and I highly recommend it. The beds are very comfortable and although the last time I visited was a long time ago, I still remember the staff being very friendly. I can't remember all the details, but all the things...More

Yes, the hotel actually provides guests with a handy cell/mobile phone that can be used to make local calls for free. If I remember correctly, calls to some other countries can also be made for free but I think they're mainly nearby Asian countries. Not for Canada or US though. We did not do this as we already had Octopus cards for small purchases but I can see how some people might find it useful for this purpose.
