The hotel did not have a cleaning services during the stay which we did not know at the begining. This is understandable but the room was not even clean prior of our checked in too, this was not accepatable. Dusty every where on the table/desk, mini-bar didn't work, shower room fan and window very dirty like was never been clean for a year. Towel torned out and hard. Entrance of the hotel was under construction and was never informed on the website when we booked. However, staffs were friendly and helpful when we asked to have our bath towels replace every day.

The location of this hotel is great. It’s right on Nathan Road, and short way to trains and the Harbour. The hotel was nice enough for a budget traveler. The bed was really hard and bad to sleep on. But the rooms where clean and okay. Would recommend it if you are on a budget! We stayed in the 13th floor, and was not bothered by any noise from outside.

The staff at the lobby was very nice and attentive. Another plus is the awesome location, close to everything. The hotel room however, need to do better cleaning. We booked for 4nites, our first nite there were cockroaches 🪳 in the bathroom and it was crawling everywhere. We didn’t dare to bring any food to the hotel room. Later we asked the front desk to help us maybe spray the bathroom and they did. After that, it was all good but we just find the hotel way too outdated, it really needs a good renovation. Anyway, with the price we paid for this great location, I guess we shouldn’t complain or expect much.

I’ve book this hotel for (period of stay).

Unfortunately my trip was immediately ruin by the processes of immigration office of Hongkong which was out of my control and definitely unexpected.

I was under the control of the immigration for xxxx hours, was unable to even access the internet.

Once I’ve done from the immigration I immediately write them an email informing them that I was unable to travel due to such things happened and asked for the refund for at least 1 night out of the entire stay and even attached the evidence paperwork from the immigration:

The hotel did a very unprofessional and terrible action as they never response my email, this show a bad management and lack of communication

I’d never go back again, very disappointed

Not recomend👎👎👎👎. Dirty room with cockroaches and no hot water. I have been staying there for 3 nights with my wife and 2 kids. This problem is still unsolved until i checked out. I have asked the staff about this since the first night i stayed, and the answer was " It will be fixed shortly" like answer to cut corners.

The only good thing about this hotel is
location that it is near Mtr and many bus stops, local restaurants, shopping mall if you're looking for a place that is easy to travel around Hongkong this is what you're looking for, but if you want to stay comfortably this hotel is not the answer.

Just filthy dirty......Wrote to the manager no response!!!! really for the price I would say any hotel in Hong Kong is better.

If you want to catch something this is the place to stay. I would not put a homeless person in here for risk of infection.

It’s terrible , very unhygienic hotel I have ever stayed, firstly went into the room I thought I back to 1980s , very old with strong smell, then I saw some cockroaches on the floor. I couldn’t sleep for the whole night… the worst hotel in HK….. unacceptable

No daily housekeeping and the room has a bad odor. They only change towel if ask but dont really sure if its new. Hotel is really old. But very good location. The hotel cost is not worth it.There are some leaks in the wall. But very accesible to qll transportation. Staffs are nice.

I stayed here a few years ago and I have to say that I certainly hope they have improved on ALOT of things about this hotel. First, the lobby is small and uninviting. The fixtures are old and need a good remodeling. This is the same for the rooms themselves. They are small and very bland. Don't expect any frills at this hotel. We were a group of 5 people but requested adjoining rooms. We had requested a roll away and because of the small size of the room, our only spot to put it was right in front of the adjoining room door.

Generally I'm not too worried about leaving used cups or food around in a hotel room. I suggest that YOU be worried about leaving food out in this hotel. I had a soda and left the empty glass on the counter. The next morning there was a very large cockroach stuck in there. I was very tempted to bring this down to the front desk but I figured we were out of there that day.

At check-out, I was charged for pay-tv that I didn't even watch. I had told them that but the management took out a book with all the times we supposedly had the television on with the pay-tv on. Though we were out shopping and sightseeing, I was forced to pay about $50 USD before I was allowed to leave. Trust me, there is no way I would have wanted to spend time watching any type of pay-tv in that hotel.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone unless changes have been made. I think you can find a better deal at another hotel for the same price.

I am not very much particular with rooms, beds and other hotel ammenities. For as long as i can sleep well, have a nice shower.. then all is fine. But what is very much important for me is the customer service and assistance of the people working in the hotel. And i think, the staff of Imperial (frontdesk) should really, really improve on this area. In receiving guests at the reception desk, some of them lacked the "magic smile" which is a must in welcoming visitors (except for Mr. Manager who really did his best in accomdating us especially helping us with our Agoda booking which was booked on a wrong date (by me). Anyways, there's always a room for improvement and i still wish them luck..

No microwave, rooms are pretty small especially the corner rooms on the floor so avoid them if you are with kids.
