My sister, mum and I booked this hotel for 3 night stay on a leisure trip. We arrived at the hotel at 5am on 22 May! We were exhuasted. However, the manager allowed us to check in early! It was a pleasant surprise! :) Our room is a family suite with garden view. We stayed in room #989 which had...

We stayed here for a week in June and it was probably one of the best hotels i've stayed in. It's a really central location and when you get off the ferry it's so easy to find, situated right on the waterfront. It is located right next to an extremely pricey and posh hotel but for a fraction of the...

Shhh! I must stop telling everyone about this fabulous gem. This must be our 5th stay here! Staying in a family suite with our 2 children provides great space and spectacular views over to Hong Kong Island. The location near Star ferry is perfect for exploring Hong Kong. Since our last visit the hotel lobby has bee renovated to a...

You would struggle to find a better location in Hong Kong for the price. Accommodation in Hong Kong is very expensive in general, but the YMCA is not bad value (compared to the rest) for the location. You truly can't beat the location. The room we had was great and had a fab view over the harbour. Would highly recommend

We stayed here just before a cruise in March and booked this hotel after seeing the reviews. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was great, it was on the fifteenth floor with a wonderful harbour view. The room itself was comfortable and only a little bit dated (particularly in the bathroom). There was a some noise from...

Doesn't fit the stereotype of YMCA at all - is more like a a 3 or 4 star hotel. I arrived in a fluster after leaving my backpack on the bus (oh dear!) but Zoe on reception helped me to get quickly reunited with it and even wrote me a note in Chinese in case I couldn't be understood on...

Stayed for 3 nights en route to Australia. Great location - access to underground nearby. Rooms a bit small - but we only slept in them, so didn't spend much time in it. Not sure if it was just us being jet-lagged - but we never found the pool!! We looked a couple of times but always seemed to get...

We stayed here for two nights en route to the UK. This is a proper hotel - don't let the name fool you. Our room was really a suite - large bedroom, a lounge with fold out couch and another room with a desk. We didn't have a "Harbour view room" but nevertheless had a view including the harbour. The...

As a building it does not look very inviting, but it was clean inside and the hospitality was good. The view of the Harbour from our suite (room number 1431) was fantastic and a the fraction of the cost of the Peninsula next door. Breakfast buffet was good and busy. We used the ground floor Cafe for other meals where...
