The location is perfect for my stay as it is close to the convention center, MTR, airport transfer shuttles and many eatery places. Few mins walk to Tsui Wah Restaurant to grab my favourite milk tea. The room is of decent size since it is not unusual in Hongkong. Will consider this hotel again for the location.

Stayed 4 nights. Room was considered above average for hong kong hotel room sizes. Location was convenient about 5minutes to mtr, bus and tram. 7 elevens and supermarkets are within 5minutes walk. Plenty of cafes around. Location is 1 to 2 mtr stops from CBD for business travellers. Room was comfortable with soft and hard pillows for your choosing, although...

Room size is average to big with relatively nice view of the urban life. Friendly and nice staff to assist you when u need. Amelities are replenish everyday. Bedsheets and cover not change everyday due to saving of enviroment. Overall its an enjoyable stay.

Located at the junction of Hennessy Road, this 363-room hotel is situated in the heart of the Central Business District. Getting here from the airport was convenient: you could either hop on the airport express train and switch out to a complimentary shuttle bus which takes you right to the door step, or you could take a city flyer express...

We stayed 3 nights from 14 to 17 th of January , after a cruise trip . We paid Aus $ 550 . It was in a good central position I guess - and we spend the days walking , and trying the local food . We were disapointed that the pool was closed our time there because they informed...

Good location for getting around HK when on business and surrounded by decent restaurants and bars (some bars are a bit seedy though). Underground is a 5min easy walk away. Hotel itself is a bit mixed; Pros - nice staff, pleasant lobby, overall clean. Decent sized room with comfy bed, clean & ok bathroom with good shower, free WiFi, and...

This is a well situated hotel with lots of English speaking bars which serve food nearby. Room was quite small but still comfortable with a nice bathroom. This is generally a good hotel. The staff were always helpful.

This is the first time that I review a place that I was not in it. We went on a trip to New Zealand and on the way we planed to stay one night in Hong Kong. We decided to stay at the Empire hotel because we got good recommendations from friends that stayed there. Unfortunately, we missed our connection...

We had a good experience with this hotel during our holiday trip --they are not so good in conversation but minor thing to consider because the facility of the hotel and its accessibility to shoping and restaurant as well as public transport is very good..we will definitely stay in our next trip this April 2017

Booked via the Hotel website for its competitive pricing. Received by GRO Chrisholm with a warm smile at checked in. Though its late at night, he was patient and helpful. Room was little small but we felt its was good enough for couple of nights stay. Toilet was well equipped with Hair Dryer and the reed diffuser added nice fragrance...

Staying in Wan Chai / Causeway Bay

Neighbourhood Profile
Wan Chai / Causeway Bay
Wan Chai and Causeway Bay are the retail centres of Hong Kong Island. Filled with shops, malls and restaurants, both areas are bustling with people – tourists and locals alike. Causeway Bay has one of the highest rents on the planet, and is a bit more polished and modern than its Wan Chai counterpart. Beneath the surface there is more than meets the eye – find boutique stores in the above ground floors of buildings and wander into side streets to find interesting restaurants and shops tucked away from the main roads. Wan Chai especially has experienced a modern revival in recent times, with an influx of trendy restaurants and bars around the Star Street area. In addition, both areas contain many of Hong Kong’s iconic tourist attractions worthy of your visit.
