It was a nice stay in Cosmopolitan Hotel, they do provide shuttle bus service to many tourism spots and it is very convenient! Clean and neat, room is not large but it is reasonable with the promotional rate! However, it was a bit odd that they charge for Wifi service charge but stated that they provide free wifi service. It...

Dear Pamela, Thank you for your feedbacks. It’s great to know that you love our favourite shuttle service and we trust you had a wonderful stay here. Regarding the free wifi service, we appreciate your understanding that the service charge is actually imposed by the internet service provider instead of our hotel. Please do visit our official website for the...

The location was good, the rooms were large, the staff were reasonably helpful polite and friendly But somehow the room felt slightly damp. The floor didn't appear to be very clean too. And the shower curtain felt dirty. So, everything is rather fine other than the cleanliness.

Dear Guest, Thank you for staying with us. We trust you had a great stay with us with our well-equipped hotel facilities and friendly staff. Having said that, we regret for the occasional room condition that didn’t meet your expectation. While our Housekeeping staff tidies up all guestrooms on a daily basis, rest assured that we will look into the...

We got more than what we paid for: Location - very good location, close to central and the hotel provides FREE shuttle buses around Hong Kong so it makes going around town so much easier. Service - the staff made sure we were very comfortable, the room was really nice - we got upgraded to a suite on the 23rd...

The hotel is located in a nice area close to causeway bay brooms are Ok but not very clean. The beds are extremely hard: back pain in the morning. Upon check out we were charged with additional costs for a baby cot while we had booked it in advance and the quote said it was included in the price. As...

Dear Guest, Thank you for staying with us. While we use Simmons mattress in all bedrooms to ensure every guest a good rest at night, we hope you had chance to relay this to our 24-hour on duty Guest Service Manager for an extra topper if a puffier bed was preferred. On the other hand, our hotel provides baby cot...

I booked the hotel through an online company, and when I arrived I was offered an up grade to a suite for a reasonable amount. I think I must have asked the right questions because I was aware that I was being quoted the amount per day and not for the week. Great room overlooking the Jockey Club (Horse Racing)....

We booked this hotel as part of a holiday that included a family wedding knowing other members of the party would also be staying here. We booked 2 rooms for three nights via the hotel's own website, to inc breakfast (or so we thought)! On arrival we booked in ok and all seemed well. The following morning we met another...

Dear KS, Thank you for your feedbacks. Regarding the breakfast payment arrangement, related costs are only charged upon actual consumption in order to extend flexibility to all our guests who have rapid-changing schedules as most international travelers do. However, we understand the payment arrangement has made confusion to you and our apology for the inconvenience caused. We will also reinforce...

Our family stayed here when we went to the Hong Kong 7's. We were warmly greeted by the staff and shown to our rooms which overlooked the Hong Kong Jockey club. The room was modern and very clean and was well serviced daily by the housekeeping staff. The breakfast catered for every nationality and taste. We ate in the restaurant...

We've just returned from our first visit to Hong Kong where we at this hotel for 6 nights. I stay in cosmopolitan whenever I am in HK for official visits. A perfect business place, the location is just perfect to criss cross the peripheroes of HK. The service is good and food is fine (might be good but suits less for my Indian taste buds), specially for vegans like me. Recommended for business trips.
