We stayed at St. Regis Lhasa after our trek to Mount Kailash & it was luxurious! The rooms were huge, beds comfortable.... very luxurious bathroom. It was certainly relaxing to treat ourselves here after the trek. The spa here is not to be missed and the wine bar upstairs has a great wine selection along with a spectacular view of...

I am writing to express my appreciation and gratitude to the new management who has taken over St Regis Lhasa. I am back to Lhasa again for a short business trip and to my suprised the property is cleaner, looks better and staff are more attentive, they quickly take care of issues and of course always with a smiling face...

The property is great--the architecture is based on an Asian aesthetic and looks great. The hotel is a quiet respite away from the craziness of Lhasa with spacious rooms, a very large bathroom with two sinks, a tub, and a separate shower (although keep in mind there aren't any solid doors), and very comfortable beds. The breakfast buffet is extensive...

Impressive interieur, building with nooks and crannies, large rooms, we had one with a direkt view towards the Potala, no sparkling water, burger were out, sandwhich very egg-driven, breakfast normal, went out for dinner, maybe two things which stroke us: The whole area, where the remarkable entrance hall, the reception, the breakfast room was was always very cold and, frankly...

Nice hotel but not a 5-star for sure.. The checkin was a swift, breakfast was also ok but seriously... We experienced circuit trip in our room which was quite frightening to be frank... And one of the light bulbs broke..... Get a room with Potala Palace view

What a shame that such a beautiful building houses such a lousy hotel! Be cautious of outstanding reviews written by “one review” writers. The service in this hotel was terrible and in Asia, that is especially unheard of. We were not greeted upon arrival, and had to wait a long time for check-in. Our own guide brought us tea, not...

My family including two children stayed here during the beginning of our trip to Tibet and at the end. We were coming from HK and wanted accomodations which would be comfortable and relaxing especially if we experienced altitude sickness etc. The hotel is located in a good location. It is within a pleasant walking distance to the old town and...

The hotel is clean, rooms are very nice and service is friendly and good. Breakfast buffet is just okay. English TV selection is good. Lhasa is not a very big town, so even though not in the exact centre, it was fine. Certainly quieter than being in the centre. If you can get a good rate, I recommend this place,...

The welcoming feeling make us feels great upon arriving to St Regis Lhasa in the late evening. Somebody is there to greet you and help you to sort out your things. Checked in efficiently. We had a lovely spacious room with a comfortable bed and a large gleaming bathroom. After the tiring journey, we just slept after having something light...
