This hotel if intended for an overnight stay, not for a long stay. It is very clean, with a friendly and helpful front desk staff. I've stayed here many times on layovers and am never disappointed. It is pricey compared to hotels else ware in the city, but it provides a very convenient safe place to rest and eat. The...

We booked in for the day for a long transit (14 hrs between planes! - that's Garuda for you). It is advertised as a "transit hotel" "in the airport". This is misleading. You have to purchase a visa because you have to leave the airport and come back in to the hotel. This wasn't advertised anywhere. Also, because you have...

This is a very simple hotel but adequate for 1 night layover.

its just a comfortable place to sleep right at the airport, and it works - its great it exists. Its clean, silent, efficient. They took my luggage to the room, i did nto have anything to give to the guy - no problem. Of course its is much better then Jakarta traffic :-) And they woke me up on time.

The hotel got the job done. Provided a comfy bed and hot shower. We choose the Airport hotel because our flight was scheduled to land late and Jakarta is not the city to walk around in at night.. But, the plane landed in a different terminal than where the Airport Hotel is located and that meant we had to leave...

For an airport hotel, I was pleasantly surprised. Arrived late at night, staff were friendly and helpful with reasonably good English. Room was unexpectedly spacious, and considering it overlooks the runways, suprisingly quiet. Service and facilities were as expected, no more or less. Breakfast buffet had limited Western options, but the Nasi Goreng was delicious! Staff were helpful in arranging...

After a long and somewhat tedious correspondance with the hotel reservations dept. I got a confirmation to check in at 1am and a late check out at 2pm on the same day for $110 net. the two extra hours were important for me because being jet laged I knew i wouldn't sleep until 10 or 11 am so I was...

I've always heard horror stories about airport hotels, so I did not expect much. All I can say is that I was pleasantly surprised by the standard and cleanliness of the rooms. It was modern, obviously recently renovated, and had all the comfort and amenities you wish for a quick night between two long days of travels. Although above the...

I was pleasantly surprised by the comfort, cleanliness and convenience. I enjoyed people-watching and local food right downstairs in the airport even though my stopover was too short to visit Jakarta. The staff was extremely friendly. However, I never received my morning wake up call. Luckily I woke up with my own alarm, but considering this hotel is right at...

I was travelling with a group of 12 divers with tons of luggage (the maximum possible you could carry and much more). We each had one bag that was at least 30kgs each plus camera/electronic equipment in our hand carry bags that were at least 10-15kgs. Our flight from HK arrived in the evening and we needed a place to...
