My wife and I stayed here for the night in order to catch an early flight out from the airport the next day. Really lovely owners running this place is basic but kept clean and really has everything you need - decent double bed, wet room bathroom which is clean and they do a great fruit platter and juice for...

The house is magnificent, with many antiques and a nice garden surrounding it. Note though, that one room is much smaller that the others, and so close to the road it is quite noisy at night. Wouldn't recommend staying in that room, and I think the owner should not advertise it as an option, as the rating should be much...

This guesthouse/home stay is surrounded by high walls and not immediately noticeable from the street. It feels like you are entering a private, spacious home. The guesthouse has 5 rooms. 2 of them are street facing and could be noisier. When we arrived the welcome was super friendly and we were served drinks on the front terrace before led to...

This is a very unique place which makes you feel like King! I stayed here while on transit which was indeed very very short but during that time, the place impressed me a lot. I do not know whether to call it a home, a guest house or a museum with accommodation..I am sure any one who stayed here will...

Perfect place travelers who want to feel Jogja home and those who want to visit Kraton and gudeg street frequently. I stayed at a room called Tata. Charming old room, but facilities are getting old. Bedside lamps didn't turn on; washbasin faucet trickled. Shower pressure was low, and hot water only lasted for three-four minutes. When it rained, smelly muddy...

A great home stay with Java Culture Concept, great hospitality, very comfort. But a little bit having a trouble with mosquitos, I was bitten a lot but it's fine. Beside that, everything was great. I would like to go back here again with my family.

We stayed for just one night on a lightening tour of Borobudor and Prambanan. nDalem Gamelan is near the Kraton on a moderately busy street (all streets are busy in Yogyakarta) behind high walls. There is some traffic noise therefore. Before we arrived we asked Maria to arrange a pick up from the airport and a car for the next...

“All the rooms are beautiful but suited different needs. I stayed in the one with 1 big bed, 2nd room got 2 twin beds, then the pavilion room got beds that can fit 4 people plus 1 extra room with 2 more beds a little away. If you have a bigger group, just have the whole place to yourself.”
