Booked for two nights for two rooms yet claimed that booked for one night only, while down payment has been made for it. There is no assigned staff for booking thus the booking record is not so good. The bed is creaking, water shower is running slowly.

Monica Hotel located at Sosrowijayan alley, very closed to Malioboro, it's just 10 minute walk to Malioboro, and 20 minutes to Malioboro mall and Trans Jogja. The room, towel and bathroom is not so clean. They provide free wi fi, and tea. There is no free water. The price will be adjust public holidays in Indonesia, more expensive in holidays.

Monica hotel is a cheap hotel and you shouldn t expect wonders. The "deluxe" room we took had its own bathroom but everythibg is very primitive: no cupboard. No hot water. No sink/miŕror in the toilet area. Room was clean. Just two rachid towels that must have been used for years. One funny looking small blanket. It is noisy: there...

All my credits during my stay at the hotel go to the staff! They were so friendly and helpfull! Even got fresh sandwiches at 4am before leaving for our trip.. They are literally running to make sure they can help you. We had the deluxe room with AC and fan (260.000 IDR per night). The room was oke. Not the...

Ok, it is cheap and in the center but the sheet and the towels are really dirty and even the room is not so clean. We asked the guy if he could call a taxi for us since we had to go to the airport and he told us to go on the main street and get one from there....

I came to Yogyakarta during Ramadhan for a bussiness, first I stayed in Tembi area then I decided extend until Eid Al Fitr just for holiday. I moved to Malioboro area, which is many choice of hotels or homestays, I checked almost all of them. Mostly price changed almost twice more expensive during this season even 4 days before Eid...

The hotel is well situated, close to the Tugu train station and Malioboro mall, and a walking distance from Kraton. We had a double room on the second floor with an ensuite bathroom with cold water, towels provided, paying 165,000/night. The room was basic but there is a nice terrace facing the inner yard where you can have your breakfast....

Monica hotel is located in the heart of Yogya in a side street of Malioboro street. Rooms are simple, but fine. Only cold shower, not towels provided. Breakfast is simple toast with marmelade and coffee or tea, included in the price. Monica hotel shares walls with Bintang cafe, which plays live music most evenings till 00:00/01:00. Not so bad if...

We stayed here for 2 nights (250,000 rupiah/night with complimentary breakfast). The hotel is clean, with big bed, wifi, clean bathroom and nice garden. It doesnt have sink though. The hotel staffs were very friendly. if you are interested to visit Burubodor, you make contact/talk to the receptionist. The prices per tour packages are listed on the brochure.

This place was clean and comfortable. I took a room with no A/C and did not regret it once. It is just a few minutes walking distance from Malioboro street and the Malioboro Mall. This is a good place to stay other than the fact that it shares a wall with a bar. If you stay here, you will basically...
