We got the accommodation package from a famous local deal site. For the price, don't expect high-class accommodation. The A/C is only from 6pm until 6am. Free breakfast is so-so. The water from the bathroom faucet smells like rust--to which I hope they should fix. Although overall accommodation sits in mediocrity, the resort's staff service level is exemplary. I commend...

When I read the previous review about how the staff are not friendly, I could not help but disagree with the comments below. The staff are really helpful and quite nice. The food is expensive and I do not recommend to eat there. I was disappointed because the water is really rusty. They said the water came from deep well....

Booked it on the last minute for our stay last January, and Roger, the resort's contact person, made arranging our trip to El Nido a lot easier and everything went smoothly as planned. We stayed as a family of 12, and Roger arranged everything from airport pick-ups, to island hopping tours, he met with us in the airport upon arrival...

The beach is great, so great. However, the travel from Baguio to manila to puerto to El Nido is quite exhausting. My senses came back when i saw the beautiful sunset radiating multicolor effects, Fascinating! There you can also ask assistance from roger who happens to be their marketing officer who can arrange your activities or any concerns. The beach...

I booked this "resort" based on previous reviews here but was bitterly disappointed. I booked online and as there was no air conditioned rooms available I booked one of the seafront fan only rooms. When I arrived I discovered there are no seafront fan rooms and they choose to show photos of their seafront rooms for all of their rooms....

Arriving late at night from Puerto Princesa it was disconcerting to be told by the driver to follow the narrow unlit pathway where we would find the hotel somewhere on the beach. We proceeded to find it and staff up and waiting for us. The room at first glance was very minimalist and it was only as dawn broke that...

We were amazed with the view just in front of the beach. We also had a good breakfast in front of the beach. This is one place we'd love to visit again. Kuya Roger, one of the staff, is the best! Helpful and accommodating! Thank you kuya roger!

Pros: - rooms overlooking the beach - good ambiance - complimentary breakfasts - free WiFi access on front desk area (connection is not that strong though) - accommodating staff Cons: - Their menu is quite overpriced (price ranges from 250-300 per meal). We've only got to try their seafood curry which fortunately satisfied our tastebuds. - Expensive tricycle fares to...

I didn't get the room I paid from and the food is extremely over priced (270-300 pesos.) I still loved the location, peaceful atmosphere and the live music! The staff was also very helpful; they can book trips for you and also recommend something if you don't know what to do. Also the zipline is above the hotel!!
