Nice place! Staff was very friendly, and welcoming. The main complaint would be the food was awful, and you are not nearby anywhere else to really get anything. We had a room with pool access which was amazing and such a treat. If you are a pool loving person definitely take that option. This will be a hopping resort when the nearby hotels open up. About a 10 -15 min trike and 150 pesos to other restaurants and the malls

Excellent place for staycation with family and loved ones if you want a place where you can relax and breathe sea breeze with nice ambience. Has friendly, approachable and professional hotel staffs, rooms are opened using a key card - spacious with minimalist designs, beds and comforters are nice, with free water bottles, water heater and coffee. Also comes with clean toilet with free toiletries (towel, toothbrush & toothpaste, comb, razor, soap, shower cap & vanity kit [cotton buds] also includes free rubber slippers for all around and comfy use) as well as hair dryer/blower attached at the side of bathroom mirror, the room also has a vault safety box, flatscreen TV and mini refrigerator. The buildings have elegant structures. They also have really great swimming pool area! We got a room that is pool access and it made our stay more wonderful. Foods are delicious. Great buffet set up. Sunset can be watched at the rooftop of the gazebo near the seashore. You can borrow and ride a bicycle inside the hotel premises and do kayaking if the sea is high tide. Very nice and instagrammable place! Will definitely come back here for sure.

Me and family enjoyed our stay in this resort. 😊 The ambience and atmosphere are really nice, this is a perfect place if you want to relax just by yourself or enjoy your time with your family and friends. The staff are very accommodating, friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious, smells nice and clean and the bed is very comfortable to lay onto. The food in the restaurant is really delicious and affordable too. I think the location of the restaurant is perfect because it is facing the beach area, you can enjoy watching the sunrise while having your breakfast. 😊 I will definitely come back here and recommend this resort to our family and friends. Keep up the great job Costa Palawan Resort! 😊

1. The rooms smell dusty, had to ask for air spray to get rid of it.

2. Dont get fooled.
We chose this hotel coz it says its a beachfront hotel, however, the beach i actually useless, full of crabs and shells and jellyfish. You will have to walk miles of beach farm without getting to the shore.

3. Its far from the city, will have to hire a tricycle which will cost 150-200 per ride. (im sure it should be cheaper but 🤷‍♀️). Rent a car, its more convenient.

4. Dont ask them to keep your stuffs.
Asked the pool guy to keep our floaty. We dnt know what happened but when we asked for it the following day they said it was destroyed by who or what nobody knows. 🤔🤯
....

Staffs in bar side are amazingly friendly and helpful.
Frontdesk staffs are very approachable too.

Costa Palawan Resort is such a convenient way to slip in paradise. It is easily worth a couple of nights, not least because of its fab location and facilities, but because it enables easy discovery. The resort has a spa, fitness gym, restaurant, basketball or volleyball court. Also you can use and enjoy kayaking in the sea during high tide only. Its worth than ever. So why would go further? When there is Costa Palawan Resort. Think again.

We had a group of about 70 rowdy individuals stay here for about a month. I can't say enough great things about the property and the staff. Everything was beautiful and from the front desk to the restauraunt, all the staff were top notch and very accommodating. Any traveler on business or vacation would be lucky to stay here. We had so much fun, due to the staffs positive and infectious attitude. At the front desk, Princess, Anna, and Clara were always smiling and ready to help out. Out at the restauraunt, Chem, Pete, Mike, Andrea, and Kate made every night exciting and fun! Romero held it down at front desk for breakfast and the omlette crew killed it! I will be looking forward to coming back another time! Thank you to any staff who I missed. We had so many special requests that the staff went out of their way to make sure happened. It i hard not to fall in love with Costa Palawan and the people and culture that surround Puerto Princesa. It was truly an amazing and special trip!

Great hotel to stay at Puerto Princesa. The hotel is located at the beach and it takes you only 8min by tricycle to go to Palawan city (~150PHP). Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They all greeted you with a smile and were very helpful in case of questions or recommendations for restaurants.

The facility and the rooms are modern and clean. The Wi-Fi is fast and stable (streaming is no problem), only at the large pool it is a bit weaker. We loved the massage services. The staff was very well trained and the sessions were optional in the room or on the beach.

Keep it up Costa Palawan Resort.

The resort location not near the crowded area of Puerto Princesa.. bonus - its shoreline affords a good view of the Palawan sea…

Checking in is a breeze. The front desk is efficient and friendly.

The lobby is not spectacular but utilitarian, clean, spacious, and not swarming with guests.

My room is spacious; the bed and linen is standard ; the pillows are to my liking…. Very clean, spartan, and utilitarian… the shower is very good except that the shampoo and soap containers are untidy looking…

I wish it was provided: slippers and

The pool was closed for maintenance upon arrival so our pool access room was pointless.
The pool had been closed for 3 days but no prior warning given.

Unfortunately we arrived around 6pm so thought we would have to stay anyway for one night. We cancelled our second night.

The hotel wall at the back of the hotel over looks a sea of mud so flies are everywhere. Unfortunately this is close to the breakfast buffet too so everything you eat has been swarmed in the flying pests. The food is poor quality and poorly presented.

You have to beg for a second room key to power the electrics in the room.

The smart TV doesn't work initially until you ask reception but you are left to work this out for yourself.

Location is in the middle of nowhere.

Save your self the hassle and stay in the much nicer hotel next door.

The hotel did refund the second night we cancelled but refused to refund anything for the 1st night because we slept in the room and attended breakfast.
Agoda were not helpful and claimed to only be able to refund around £15 of the £70 room.
Terrible first day in the worst hotel on palawan.

After trying a few hotels in PPC, this hotel we must say is one of the nicest. A few days before check in, we called and asked Christopher for a room with a pool view, and so we got the best room there is, on the highest floor and quiet side where i enjoyed reading a book while sipping coffee by the balcony. All staff are friendly and nice, we were welcomed properly (even though we are locals). The breakfast had a wide variety and everything we tried was great. We also ordered dinner and the serving is so generous that we even ask them to pack those we haven't finished. The room is BIG, AC works well, hot shower is so good, lots of tv channels and all amenities are complete. Our experience here was excellent that we'd love to come back. P.s. thank you to the nice lady at the front desk for allowing us a few minutes of later check out so we don't have to rush after the nice swim in their infinity pool. Thank you everyone for the great stay!
