This hotel is phenomenal! The entire hotel staff is extremely helpful, kind and outgoing. Immediately upon arrival, me and my team were greeted by the hotel manager (Mark) personally. The hotel location is not on a beach, but by far is the best hotel with all the best amenities available. And it is only approximately .5 miles to one mall and 2.5 miles to the other. Mark and his team treated our team like royalty assisting all of us in any way possible (from ordering pizza for delivery to setting up transportation for tours). Virtually nothing was “off the table” when it came to reasonable requests. The pool was the perfect temperature and the hours of operation were very accommodating. Lastly, I want to make it known that we were not the only guests during our stay as this hotel was always busy checking in various couples, parties or other events.

If I ever have the opportunity to visit Puerta Princessa again, I know where I’m staying…Aziza Paradise Hotel.

Checking was very quick and we were taken to room 101. This room did not have a safe, so we were then moved to room 203. The rooms are looking rather tired with various maintenance required in each room. We had to get them to fix our patio door so that it would lock, replace the cable so that we could actually watch the TV without a snow scene on every channel and also to get a plug for the shower area because it was making a lot of noise.
The pool was nice. However, there was only nine sunbeds. If the hotel was busy this would be a little bit of a problem. The pizza bar was closed. We ate at their restaurant most of the time purely because there is nothing really in the vicinity except Robinson’s mall if you want to walk up there. The breakfast was good and there was ample choice. There is a good massage, place right opposite this hotel and also another one in Robinson Mall. We did do a tour from the tour desk located in the hotel lobby. We did the underground river. I personally wouldn’t recommend them as collection was an hour late and we spent most of our day just waiting around. They also try very hard to get you to do the mangrove tour and if you don’t want to do this you have to just sit and wait getting bitten by the mosquitoes.
The hotel staff make this hotel, they are lovely, and always there to help if you need anything. The free collection to, and from the airport is a bonus too.

I booked twice during my stay in Puerta Princesa even when back from El Nido. The hotel is hospitable and accommodating with good rooms and some you get what you book when not subject to an upgrade. Fair enough, I would say the breakfast is good enough too as for nice limited choices of bakery to Filipino cuisine along with choices for live services of hot pancakes to omelettes. Mr . Addam Carim was the best amongst all I met at Aziza. Alongside many seem to be equally welcoming. I gave it a total 4 star ⭐️ instead of five is because I have some suggestions but also satisfied with the value of price I payed for. Wouldn’t demand more . Loved my stay @AZIZA !

Pretty good hotel, but unfortunately I can’t recommend their buffet breakfast, I was quite excited for breakfast because it’s buffet but I was wrong, their buffet breakfast is terrible. What I ate for breakfast is only egg and garlic rice and the rest of them aren’t for breakfast and doesn’t tastes good at all. You need to pay if you want a hot choco, sausage, bacon and etc which is not available on the buffet, which they will cook it for you and have to pay with it. 👎 There are some problems with the room as well, like the drainage. They don’t make up our room even we told them to do so, when we left from the hotel. When we came back, nothing happened. Although it is supposed to be a good hotel but I was mistaken. I was quite excited with this hotel since we’re staying 4 nights here. But looks can be deceiving lol. Their buffet style is 👎 Needs more improvement.

Dear matrelampagos, Thank you for your recent review. Rest assured that all your concerns are treated with much importance since we know that this will help us in improving our products and services. I have personally looked into your comments about the breakfast and we are glad to note that we are rolling our the new breakfast menu cycle that will definitely be much more different than the cycle that you experience. We have an egg station with choices for omelets, pancakes, cereals and other food products that you may have overlooked. we are also conducting investigation as to why you were charged for them. Hoping to provide you a better experience in the future.

I want to express my disappointment and frustration regarding our recent reservation and check-in experience to this establishment. I made a reservation for a 2 rooms with a pool view well in advance, expecting to enjoy the serene ambiance and visual appeal of your pool area during my stay. However, upon arrival and check-in, I was dismayed to discover that the room we was allocated did not fulfill the promise of a pool view. prior to our check in date we told this property several times and they confirmed that our room has a poolview. we are very disappointed!

This discrepancy between what was advertised and what was provided not only caused inconvenience but also tarnished the overall experience of our stay on this hotel. As a paying guest, I expected my preferences to be honored, especially considering the specific request for a pool view was clearly stated during the reservation process.

The hotel's ambiance is truly a tropical paradise. The lush gardens, stylish architecture, and well-maintained grounds create a serene and relaxing atmosphere. The design seamlessly blends modern amenities with local Filipino charm, giving guests a comfortable yet authentic experience.

The rooms at AZIZA Paradise Hotel are spacious, clean, and well-appointed. We stayed in a Deluxe Room which featured a comfortable bed, a large bathroom with modern fixtures, and a balcony overlooking the pool. The room had all the necessary amenities, including air conditioning, a minibar, and a flat-screen TV. Housekeeping was prompt and thorough, ensuring our room was always tidy.

The hotel's restaurant, Demeter Diner, offers a wide range of dishes that cater to various tastes. The breakfast buffet had a good selection of local and international options, ensuring a great start to the day. We particularly enjoyed the fresh seafood and traditional Filipino dishes served for dinner. The poolside bar is also a nice spot to relax with a refreshing drink.

The highlight of our stay was the large outdoor pool, which was perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The hotel also has a fitness center, a spa offering a variety of treatments, and a business center for those who need to work during their stay. The staff at AZIZA Paradise Hotel were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests or provide information about local attractions.

I haven’t been back at this hotel in over 4 years. They are currently refurbishing some of the rooms as the place needs it.
Breakfast buffet was satisfactory. They try to change the menu in the 3 days we are there.
My main complaint on this stay was the mistake the front desk did when they assigned us a room in a section where-in there was no hot water in the shower and the shower door would not lock properly so that the water would leak out making the floor slippery and dangerous.
Though they did transfer us to another room when we requested for a transfer, they should have been more attentive to the fact that the wing we had been assigned to initially had no hot running water for over a week now.
But all in all, the staff was very helpful and it was most appreciated.

This is one of my new favorite hotel. This hotel has so many kind, considerate, thoughtful, and caring staff members. I lost my bracelets in the hotel when I moved and they offered to bring it to me. I got three rooms and got a pool front view and it was amazing. Very quiet and peaceful. One of the most relaxing places I have ever been. Would recommend to other visitors in the area. Even though there is only one restaurant, the people there were kind enough to always hold open the door each time I left the room. It is barely a walk to go to the restaurant if you are tired and people are willing to help you do anything. I might have only stayed there for one day but that will be my most memorable day in Puerto Princesa. The games were fun to play in the lobby and unlimited towels unlike other hotels. Will visit again soon. Hopefully sooner the better.

The exceptional staff and management at this hotel made a very scary and difficult time the absolute best it could be. Myself and my wife and daughter were stuck in Puerto Princesa during the lockdown of the city and airport. We had no idea how we would get out and we scrambling to find a way home. Thankfully, Mark the general manager and his staff spent endless hours helping us and the other guest in the same situation to find flights and bring us back and forth to the airport multiple times. Marks knowledge of the industry and his many connections was key to our successes here. The staff worked so very hard to make sure we were safe and comfortable. This hotel comes with my highest recommendation. It is a beautiful property with a stunning pool and great food. If you are looking for the best place to stay in town, this is it.

Thanks again to you all!
