I don't like this hotel very disgusting rooms very strict and always asking for money from time to time. Unpolite staff rude managers and even the owners doesn't care about the guest. Plenty of cockroaches smelly towels and mosquitoes all over the area.

Hotel is conveniently located at D'mall, which was very convenient, almost everything you need is just 2-5mins away. Staff were friendly and hospitable. Deluxe room was spacious. Breakfast was umm okay i guess, Overall this is a nice hotel. would definitely come back again next summer.

All staff are friendly. We celebrated my friends birthday in the lobby and they provide us all the utensils. Even help us to keep the cake in the fridge. We were allowed to change room because the first room water heater is not working. This hotel observed a very strict policy of no smoking in the room. So be aware....

The hotel was conveniently placed at D'mall which is in the middle of everything. The staff was really friendly and helpful; Upon going back to Manila I Realized I left my Starbucks tumbler in the room and the staff were able to to ship it back to my home. Great service and credibility. Rooms are quiet enough to have a...

We didn't really expect that we would get a grandiose experience for the promo amount that we have spent. We had complete amenities inside the room and the services were good. The hotel had a pool which was large enough to enjoy our swimming activity. Moreover, we got a room which had a balcony facing the pool that gave us...

Stayed here with my family and relatives during a weekend vacation at Boracay. Place is nice and clean, staff are all friendly and helpful. Rooms need more maintenance, a lot of room fixtures need to be attended to by a handyman. They are very strict on extra person, even an infant is charged for extra person. Check-in time is also...

I stayed here with my wife and 7 month old son on a 4/3 vacation. The grounds were well maintained, the room was clean and everyone was friendly and polite. The location is great. It was worth the money. Now the negative...despite having a baby in a stroller we were put on the second floor and needless to say there...

We stayed here during on our honeymoon and at first were given a room with 2 single beds. When we went back to the front desk to remind them we were on our honeymoon, (after much argument and back and forth with their staff) they tried to put us in a room with 2 double beds. Again, not ideal on...
