Part of planning my trip to Boracay with my boyfriend is by looking at some reviews of the hotel we're planning to stay in. So I basically based it with what I've read here and I told myself that I'd do my own review once I get back from our vacation. And here it is :) We stayed at Alta...

The hotel is a nice place to base yourself, particularly if you want to be away from the lively scene in Station 2. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Free wifi in lobby area only and pay wifi in rooms is a real shame. The food in the hotel is so poor, its a shame that such wonderful views are...

My Wife and I were at Alta Vista at the beginning of April 2012. The room we booked was for the studio suite which was very spacious. The room had your basic needs. The only two negatives to our room was the narrow bathtub and NO iron. The bathtub was too narrow and kind of dangerous to get in and...

Booked through VRBO.com paid $45 a night for 2 story condo. Which was located on the 3rd floor of building G. the views actually where higher then Mt. Luho Boracay's proposed highest view point. The complex is well maintained and very quite and relaxing. My stay there was just after holy week and there seemed to be A LOT of...

We stayed in one of the loft rooms with another couple. The room was clean and spacious for the four of us. The pool is great with a beautiful view of the mountains and sea. The hotel offers a free shuttle to white beach (leaves hourly) and a shuttle to a private access beach (Puka beach). You definitely should check...

The Alta Vista is a confortable resort way away from the noisy and crowdy downtown. A little far but you can rely on their shuttle service to bring you back and forth to the downtown area every hour up until midnight. When a new herd of foreigners arrives to the complex, it became an adventure but they all leave one...

It is a bit far from the main hub of the island (station 2) but the view is just breathtaking. The hotel does offer free shuttle service to the center of the town every 30 mins. The breakfast buffet is really good. Its more than just bread and coffee. I would recommend this hotel if you'd rather have a private...

Dear Deeps79, We truly miss you baby son Siam. Very adorable child. Looking forward to see him again in the hotel. We have noted your concerns and we will work out on the internet connection in the lobby. Unfortunately, our service provider is having difficulty on fixing this but I do hope this will be resolved the soonest. The breakfast...

We stayed here for 10 nights the staff were brilliant they really took a shine to our baby son Siam ... The room were big and the balcony was great. The location is a bit out the way but the shuttle service is good but can get annoying as large groups of Chinese people try to push in and I...

The hotel may be at the far end of Boracay but since it has a shuttle sending off and picking up guests at D'Mall until midnight, accessibility is not a problem anymore. It is a good choice for those wanting some peace and relaxation, away from the usual beach crowd and bars. If you want to take a swim but...
