A nice small place with not much visitors. What we Liked: clean rooms and very nice stuff, quite area, next to the best hotels of the island. What we Didn't Like: the same 4 options from the menu for the breakfast and not the best, beach area of the hotel is just over furnished and looks like a mess, no...

I think it depends on what you want in a Hotel to stay. If you want a quite place to stay after partying hard, shopping & all the water sports available you want a Hotel that has a courteous staff to give all the necessary things you need. Food is great & a quiet night to spend the rest of...

The place didn't seem busy/crowded while we were there. For us, it was great being away from the maddening crowd of station 2. The room and amenities were good. The staff were pleasant. It suited what we needed and wanted.

My wife and I spent six here and we very much enjoyed staying here. First of all, the hotel staff is wonderful, helpful, and friendly. Particularly Julius, who made sure that everything we needed was taken care of and patiently answered our questions. The location is perfect, on a quiet stretch of Station 1 and right on the beach. While...

Booked them on a last minute basis and good thing they still have available rooms despite of the holiday season. What impressed me a lot is the service, very consistent! Their staff from their Manila office were very helpful when I asked them for help with regards to my booking arrangements. Rooms were just basic but for the location itself...

The rooms are clean, large and comfortable, and its packages normally come with plated breakfast each morning. It doesnt have much amenities exc perhaps for some hammocks and a couple of small huts. Theres no elevator in this property. Staff is hospitable. It's within Station 1 so one can still enjoy the beach and white sand without much distraction, yet...

The Resort Hotel provides nice amenities similar to its more expensive neighbours along the Beach of Station 1. It is relatively medium-sized, with two-bed rooms occupying most of the lower floors and family rooms, two of which with a view deck at the upper two floors. Rooms are relatively clean, have a big bathroom/toilet with a separate small room to...

Very good breakfast that will cater to all nationalities. the staff are very courteous, close to the beach, the room is basic but adequate in size. The location is easy to find and the garden setting in front of each room are a plus.

We went here with my family this February 2016. Overall, I had a great stay in Residencia. Food was great albeit quite pricey which is expected. There are a few people in this area which is perfect if you want to relax. Staff was very pleasant and accommodating. Overall, I'll go back to this hotel!
