Spent last week with the family in Boracay. The hotel is new and is in a nice area of Boracay. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and looked after us all very well. However there are improvements which the management should make, particularly with the rooms and the breakfast menu. We booked a suite with two double bedrooms for...

Two good things: Rooms are very clean and big Service is excellent. The staff are so courteous and quick in service. Two things to think/consider: Its 3 minutes walk to beach and the path is a bit dirty. If you are going in a group, then there isn’t a common place where you can sit and chat.

During a businesstrip to Manila, i had the chance to go to Boracay during my 4 days off. choose the Palms, which turned out to be a very good one! Had a studio and a familyroom, which both had lots of space and were very clean. Beds were great. Staff is very friendly, and are always willing to assist you...

By the end of our stay here my husband and I were at the point of just laughing whenever the staff told us they were out of something, or forgot to do/get something we'd requested. I'll start with the very few positives. The two bedroom suite was spacious and clean. The hotel is not on the beach, but is only...

Room was very nice, with the best air conditioner! Design of the room was fascinating! We would like to particularly note that food was very good, especially omelet and spaghetti bolognese! Other nice things are: if you would like to cook your own food the room is equipped by the small kitchen. There is a regular shuttle to the center...

I think we were the only other couple at the hotel during our time of stay. The place is still new and most rooms weren't done yet. We had some problem with paying once we arrived, but I'll mention it later. I want to get to the pleasant part first because I actually liked my stay. I love new hotels...

Quality service and very friendly and helpful staff. Room was very spacious with all facilities. Would recommend to anyone staying in Boracay. Its located at the end of white beach, which has the widest and best beach. Less crowded then the other resorts we have previously stayed. Only 1 minute walk from hotel to beach. Will be back next year.....

“I would suggest to book room 118 or rooms directly above it, its close to the lobby and has a view to the sea, unlike some other rooms which dont. The rooms directly above room 118 also have views to the sea but dont know the numbers of those. Rooms that are in the other block dont have views to the sea.”
