Great spot. Conveniently located near lots of restaurants and public transport. We had a 3 bedroom apartment which was spacious enough. Loved that there was a washing machine and dryer. Kitchen and some of the furnishings could do with a touch of modernising. Above all the staff were fantastic, helpful and welcoming.

This place deserves 10 stars if it was possible. We were a family of 5 (7, 15, 17) and it was still covid lockdown but it had eased somewhat. We had a 3 bedroom apartment, it was a little small but still, it had all the facilities and amenities of home away from home. What set this place apart are the staff at this place. My favorites are the 4 rotating front staff, all men and all really fantastic. 3 of my kids had birthday during our almost 3 months stay, and they brought up birthday cakes! Do you know how depressing it is being in a new country with no friends to celebrate with.. I was very thankful that the staff went out of the way to do a small celebrations for our kids. It was also the moon festival celebrations when we stayed there and the staff handed out lanterns to the kids. Gestures like these made our stay just that much more special. Breakfast was really wonderful, we wanted to have breakfast in our apartment, and they would send a weekly basket with all the goodies we need to get through the mornings. God sent. There's a conference room that you can book to have calls etc. For me that was a blessing, my eldest was trying to study but it was too noisy in our apartment, and we booked a room for her, it was quiet and it had snacks and drinks. Perfect!!! I would highly recommend this place. The only negative thing I have to say is the pool area could do with a bit of revamping. But this place and the staff deserves 10 stars. Not to forget, we had a wonderful guy that came and cleaned our apartment - he was very nice and efficient (his name started with P ) and deserves a mention.…

Excellent location being right on Robinson Quay - great staff - nice pool. Breakfast crew was very attentive. Gym is nice for a normal business gym. When I come back to Singapore, I will likely stay again here!

Great first place to stay in Singapore. The Robertson Quay location is fantastic - with bars, restaurants and walks. The hotel has every amenity for a long term stay. The hotel pool is very good - especially with young children. But most of all - the staff! They go above and beyond. Highly, highly recommend.

This must be the 100th time I'm writing a review for VRRQ. The fact I keep going there for my long stays in Singapore is telling! I love the place. More importantly, I love the people -- the staff are all superstars led by the wonderful, multi-tasking, dynamic and aptly named Ace. Everyone is always helpful and courteous, they will anticipate your needs and solve any issue before it even occurs, maintenance or otherwise. Auntie Rul, my housecleaner, deserves special thanks for being effective and efficient, keeping my apartment impeccable. And, of course, the Village is at an excellent location, with river and cityscape views, conveniently near many restaurants, the Fort Canning Hill for walking and exercising, and an MRT (subway) stop and several arterial bus lines all within 3 minutes walk. …

We stayed at Village Residence at Robertson Quay for 3 months. Our stay was most pleasant, the staff warm and hospitable throughout. The apartment is well equiped for short or long stay. Kelvin at the front desk helped extend our stay with minimum fuss. We enjoyed chatting with the breakfast service staff. Room cleaning 3 times a week made our stay very comfortable. Mdm Lin Suk Ing, one of cleaning ladies, is friendly & helpful. She is creative in making flower bouquet. The location is great. Food outlets are everywhere. For cheap and value meals, we recommend the corner shophouses at the Mohamed Sultan Rd/RiverValley Rd junction. Overall, very, very good stay.

We are happy with our choice to stay here in singapore, great location as its near the lovely singapore river which is nice for a stroll at anytime of the day and many cafes and restaurants around so its easy for us to explore. The place is spacious and clean, which always important when travel with family and kids. Very friendly staffs and helpful with all the recommendations of where to go or do while we were there too. Our family of 4 stayed at 2 bed-room apartment at Village Residence from Mar to Jun 2023. Great location by the river as well as family friendly with BBQ and pool area. Excellent front desk and concierge service as the staff are all very friendly and prompt in responding to our needs and request. Special mention to our housekeeper Suk Ing who did all the cleaning efficiently and being attentive to our needs. Little gestures like making sure we have enough towels for our daily use, made us felt at home. Definitely a memorable stay. Three months just flew by without us knowing! Would highly recommend this place :)
